The place stank of Smoke, the building was full of very shady looking Slavs and the boss "Susan" was quite frankly, a Loud mouthed, uncultured mental case who threatened me after by Email for saying she is not correct in her actions, if you like a noisy prostitute-filled place which is overpriced, then come here, otherwise, try to Stay in the more comfortable Ibis next to Vienna Hauptbahnhof instead, as they don't allow Serbians in for a start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vlad,Toma-Kiev,Ukraine.We was here from 28.10 to 5.11.2015,apartment number 26,this is duplex with big terrace. Near the apartment there's all that need, shop,metro,trainstation, 10-15min walk and you near the palace Balvedere....what can we say,everything very well.... We recommend this apartment!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good experience at the Christiano Appartments. A spacious, well located, well maintained place to stay at in Vienna. Staff was courteous and helpful. All necessary amenties were provided in the Apartment except for a "microwave oven" in the kitchen, of which my family is more used to use. A store named Lidl is right across the Appartments to procure necessary eating stuff - raw, semi and cooked, at a very reasonable prices. Experience worth repeating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend to make a reservation at this accommodation. They make huge errors with the deposits. They charged our creditcard twice for the same reservation. And even worse, after cancelling (which was according to the rules, free of charge) they didn't pay back both deposits. This is a total amount of more than Euro 1.000.
Booking.com is also not really helpful in this.
