★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man eine Mail schreibt, erwartet man sich zumindest eine Antwort. Anscheinend ist Kundenservice nicht das A & O. Die Produkte sind gut, zu empfehlen aber Kundenservice definitiv nicht.

If you write an email, you expect at least one answer. Apparently, customer service is not the A & O. The products are good, but customer service definitely is not.

War immer total begeistet von die Marke (habe immer bei die Geschäft in die Pfarrgasse gekauft, die sind super!!), wollte mal bei die Fabrik vorbei fahren und die Produkte da schauen, aber komme nie wieder!!!!! Bin nicht mehr so Begeistet von die Marke, so schlim war es! Die haben ein sehr gute Kundin verloren.
The products are good, but the operation is VERY BAD !!! Was always very enthusiastic about the brand (I always bought at the store in the Pfarrgasse, they are great !!), wanted to drive past the factory and see the products there, but never come back !!!!! I'm not so enthusiastic about the brand anymore, it was so awful! They have lost a very good customer.

Super Produkte bin von der Qualität begeistert von daher gab es keine andere Alternative... heute ist meine Bestellung angekommen und ich war schockiert... bei verschiedenen Cremes wurde der Inhalt verringert was natürlich bei der Bestellung mir nicht aufgefallen ist... Gewohnheit im Bestell Prozess... Die Preissteigerungen sind aufgefallen und von mir akzeptiert aber das man im gleichen Zuge den Fehler Inhalt reduziert hat finde ich frech und Kunden unfreundlich... Hier hätte ein Hinweis im Shop stehen müssen für die Kunden die regelmäßig bestellen... Ich nenne es reingefallen... Gibt es Alternativen um ähnliche Artikel zu kaufen.... Bestimmt!!!

Habit in the ordering process ... The price increases were noticed and accepted by me but that the error content has been reduced at the same time, I find cheeky and unfriendly to customers ... There should have been a note in the shop for this the customers who order regularly ... I call it fallen for ... Are there alternatives to buy similar items .... Definitely !!!
