This Tomic nix good locomotive company. Very bad logistics nothing good products. Post much better for my taste. Packets just disappear. Where is my packages?
F	Florian Kuscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frechheit regelmäßig wird die Abstellerlaubnis VOR DER WOHNUNGSTÜRE ignoriert stattdessen werden die Pakete im Eingansbereich unter den Briefkasten hingeworfen und das in einem Haus mit 12 Parteien! Mehrfach beschwert bei DPD aber nach 2-3 mal wirds wieder ignoriert! The permission to park in front of the apartment door is regularly ignored. Instead, the packages are thrown under the mailbox in the entrance area and that in a house with 12 parties! Multiple complaints at DPD but after 2-3 times it is ignored again!

Neulich warte ich auf mein Paket und am abend schaue ich auf die Sendungsverfolgung dann stand zu meiner Überraschung das mein Paket zugestellt wurde ! Es wurde sich nicht mal mehr die mühe gemacht wenigstens den Zettel im postkasten zu lassen stattdessen muss man selber rausfinden wo mein Paket ist ! Das war jetzt das letzte mal das ich mir von tomic Transporte (DPD) etwas zukommen lasse ! das unternehmen verdient nicht mal einen stern !!!!!! Tomic transports is the very last of the last !! Every time the same with those! The other day I'm waiting for my package and in the evening I'm looking at the tracking and then it came to my surprise that my package was delivered! It was not even made the effort to leave at least the note in the mailbox instead you have to find out yourself where my package is! That was the last time I got something from tomic Transporte (DPD)! the company does not even deserve a star !!!!!!
T	Tom Tron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiss nicht was DPD sich dabei gedacht hat, die Firma Tomic als Subunternehmen für die Auslieferung zu beauftragen. Die Zustellung erfolgt erst gar nicht! Fahrer lädt die Pakete zwar aus dem Lieferauto aus und trägt diese zu den jeweiligen Haustüren in meinem Block wo ich wohne. Auch an meine eigene. Fahrer läutet aber nicht, dreht sich um und trägt die Pakete retour zu seinem Auto. dann scannt er alle als "Nicht zugestellt" und fährt wieder. Ich beobachtete dies regelmäßig. Beschwerde ging raus. So nicht !! I don't know what DPD had in mind when commissioning Tomic as a subcontractor for the delivery. The delivery does not take place in the first place! The driver unloads the parcels from the delivery vehicle and carries them to the respective front doors in my block where I live. My own too. But the driver doesn't ring the bell, turns around and carries the parcels back to his car. then it scans them all as "undelivered" and drives again. I observed this regularly. Complaint went out. Not like that !!

Mit diesem Unternehmen würde ich ganz sicher keine Waren transportieren lassen! Würde dem Fahrer von "I-TOMIC 1" gern 0 Sterne und dafür einen Führerschein-Auffrischkurs geben... Drives like the biggest ass! With this peculiar driving style, it is better not to have the company name on the car! I would definitely not have any goods transported with this company! Would like to give the driver of "I-TOMIC 1" 0 stars and a driver's license refresher course ...
P	Patricia Gföllner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr Hilfsbereiter Zusteller. Die zentrale hatte verabsäumt mich zu informieren, dass heute mein 60kg Paket zugestellt wird. Der Zusteller stellte es mir ins stiegenhaus. Er hätte auch einfach fahren können, da Zustellung nur bis Bordsteinkannte inklusive war. Very helpful delivery person. The head office failed to inform me that my 60kg package will be delivered today. The deliverer put it in the stairwell. He could have just driven, since delivery was only included to the curb.
