★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe den Rahmen meines fast neuen Mountainbikes leider beschädigt. Durch die Versicherung des Rads bei Bikmo musste ich mir aber von Anfang an keine Sorgen machen. Nach Einreichung des Schadensgutachtens wurde mir innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Regulierung des Schadens zugesagt und mein Händler konnte den Rahmen für mich tauschen. Super Service und nette Kommunikation durch Alex im Customer Support. Nur zu empfehlen!
Unfortunately, I damaged the frame of my almost new mountain bike. By insuring the bike with Bikmo, I didn't have to worry from the start. After submitting the damage report, I was promised the settlement of the damage within a very short time and my dealer was able to exchange the frame for me. Great service and nice communication from Alex in Customer Support. I can only recommend it!
