★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal ist freundlich, aber dermäßen aufdringlich dass ich inzwischen lieber wo anderst hingehe! Nach 10 Minuten wurde ich von 4 Verkäuferinnen angequatscht, dass hat mit Kundenfreundlichkeit nichts mehr zum tun das ist einfach nur nervig & stresst mich beim Einkaufen.
Staff is friendly, but so pushy that I prefer to go somewhere else! After 10 minutes I was approached by 4 sales assistants, that has nothing to do with customer friendliness, it is just annoying and stresses me when shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Lieblingsfiliale, obwohl ich in Wien wohne, jedesmal wenn ich geschäftlich in Innsbruck bin, komme ich gerne vorbei. Das Personal ist sehr nett und gut eingeschult und überhaupt nicht lästig, wie in meisten Wiener Filialen, wo man zusätzlich noch oft ständig gefolgt/angeschaut wird, wie ein Räuber.
My favorite, although I live in Vienna, every time I'm in Innsbruck for business, I like passing by. The staff is very nice and well schooled and not annoying at all, as in most Viennese branches, where you are also frequently followed / looked at, like a robber.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch in dieser sehr anstrengenden Zeit, sind alle Mitarbeiterinnen immer hilfsbereit und freundlich, bemüht einem ein schönes Einkaufserlebnis zu geben. Immer wieder schön.
Even in this very busy time, all employees are always helpful and friendly, trying to give you a nice shopping experience. Always beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einmal und nie wieder geh ich da hinein. Steh 5 Minuten da niemand im Laden. Kommt so eine Mittelalterliche Hexe an mir vorbei sagt kein Ton. Sieht mich dämlich an und geht weiter. Keine Begrüßung und keine Bemerkung mir Hilfe anzubieten. Schüttelt den Kopf und stellt sich hinter die Kasse. Ich bin raus und beim Müller bekam ich auch mein gesuchtes. Aber jetzt weiß ich warum dieser Laden immer leer ist. Hoffentlich verschwindet diese Kette bald. Zum kotzen
I go in there once and never again. Nobody stands there in the shop for 5 minutes. If a medieval witch walks past me, he doesn't say a word. Looks silly at me and moves on. No greeting or remark to offer me help. Shakes his head and stands behind the cash register. I'm out and the miller gave me what I was looking for. But now I know why this place is always empty. Hopefully this chain will disappear soon. Disgusting
