Zudem ist das Studio sehr schön, etwas abgelegen aber auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. I received a facial treatment from Najia, which took extensive time to talk in advance and responded individually to my needs. The studio is also very nice, a little out of the way but definitely recommendable.

Ihre Mitarbeiterin erschien sehr gestresst, nicht routiniert in der Behandlung, war mir gegenüber jedoch höflich. Notiz zur Antwort der Inhaberin: Die behandelnde Kosmetikerin hat meine Frage nach wieviel ich zu bezahlen habe mit: "Das ist in Ordnung so" und freundlich gewunken, ich gehe schwer davon aus, dass sie sich sehr wohl bewusst war warum sie mir entgegenkommt. Den Rest möchte ich hier umkommentiert lassen, da sich hier ganz offensichtlich kein konstruktiver Beitrag mehr ergeben kann. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable to deal with the owner, who angrily tried to convince me that what I want is sugaring and that there is no depilation with hot wax. Her colleague appeared very stressed, not experienced in treatment, but was polite to me. Note to the owner's answer: The treating beautician asked me how much I had to pay with: "That's okay" and waved kindly, I assume that she was very well aware of why she was accommodating me. I would like to leave the rest of the comments here, as there is obviously no longer any constructive contribution.

Leider sind am nächsten Tag ein paar Wimpern an einem Auge abgefallen, aber habe gleich am nächsten Tag noch einmal einen Termin bekommen und Sabina hat mir !kostenlos! diese Wimpern aufgefüllt. Vielen Dank dafür! Werde Beauty33 weiterempfehlen. Ein sehr nettes Team! I had Sabina's eyelashes extended (3D). Super nice result. Sabina is a very competent woman and knows what she is doing. Unfortunately the next day a few eyelashes fell off one eye, but I got another appointment the next day and Sabina gave me free! filled those eyelashes. Thanks a lot for this! Will recommend Beauty33. A very nice team!

Ich dachte, ich höre schlecht und war extrem entsetzt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Frechheit! Es wäre angebracht gewesen sofort aufzustehen und zu gehen. Trotzdem entschied ich mich zu bleiben, was aber ein großer Fehler war. Meine Nägel waren noch nicht ganz trocken und schickte mich dennoch einfach nach Hause. Natürlich verschmierten kaum als ich draußen war meine Nägel!! Danke, "Liebes". Ps: Die angegebene Adresse ist immer noch falsch! Antwort zur Antwort der Inhaberin: Natürlich befand ich mich im Beauty33 in Innsbruck, meine Kundendaten wurden damals nicht aufgenommen, daher verwundert mich Ihre Aussage. Traurigerweise ist es die einfachste aber überhaupt nicht kundenfreundliche Art eine Rezession zu beantworten. Werde Sie somit leider nicht mehr besuchen. Wünsche Ihnen alles Gute und hoffe Sie lernen mit Rezessionen professionell umzugehen. Comfort factor not available When I arrived in the waiting room and thought how friendly the reception was, I heard employees talking insultingly about me. I thought I had poor hearing and was extremely horrified. I have never experienced something like that! Cheek! It would have been appropriate to get up and leave immediately. Still, I decided to stay, but that was a big mistake. My nails weren't completely dry yet and just sent me home. Of course my nails hardly smeared when I was outside !! Thank you dear". Sadly, it's the easiest, but not at all customer-friendly, way to answer a recession. So unfortunately I won't visit you again. Ich bin mega zufrieden mit meine Wimpern, man geht auf Wünsche ein, die Dame war sehr freundlich und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt Kann ich nur empfehlen ^_^ Today I was 1 time at Beauty33 (I had an eyelash extension) and I have to say you have 1 more regular customers! I am very satisfied with my eyelashes, requests are met, the lady was very friendly and I felt very comfortable I can only recommend ^ _ ^

Aber seit ich Beauty 33 entdeckt habe, weiß ich, wie gut mir das tut und dann sogar besser Arbeiten kann! Mindestens 1 mal pro Monat gönne ich mir diese schöne Auszeit mit einer fantastischen Massage und schönen Wimpern! Besitzerin Cleopatra hat ein großes Lob verdient!!! I usually don't have time for cosmetics because of my stressful job. But since I discovered Beauty 33, I have known how good it is for me and can even work better! At least once a month I treat myself to this nice break with a fantastic massage and beautiful eyelashes! Owner Cleopatra deserves great praise!
