★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Familienfreundlich. Gutes Eis. Der Tisch wurde vor Benutzung desinfiziert, was eigentlich normal sein sollte in diesen Zeiten, ich aber bisher noch nirgendwo gesehen habe. Vorbildlich!!!
 Familyfriendly. Good ice cream. The table was disinfected before use, which should be normal at these times, but I haven't seen anything before. Exemplary!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cakes are alright, big selection. Also lunch options. Service however is terrible. Very blunt and we felt they ignored us until we have to be arrogant. Seemed like they did not want us there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst coffee house I have ever visited. I have been waiting 20 minutes for payment. When I have been finally paying the service was very rude when I have been searching coins in my wallet. I absolutely do not recommend. It was the first time I tried other chain than Starbucks and thanks to this experience also the last time. Service at Starbucks is always nice, and they accept credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice terrace but some rude waiters. Can they smile? Who's managing this place? If I would see my personal reacting to some tables like that it's finished. It's really unfortunate as the location is super and the coffee and ice are great. It's authentic but if you continue like this you will not survive in 2021. Train your staff or release them.
