★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic apple strudel! This is THE place in Salzburg to get tea and strudel for a light snack after wandering the city... Not only was the food great, but our server was very friendly and easy to talk to (for us less than fluent in German). A must go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is wonderful! Very cosy, staff is very friendly and the food is stunning. Not too pricey and the service is quickly done. The place to have the famous Apfelstrudel is right here! I also had a smoked salmond toast and it was delicious. Totally worth a go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is famous for their strudels. We had their cheese one but think we should have went for the more classic apple strudel. They warm it up and can serve it with cream or ice cream. Yummm!

We (5 ladies) had a late breakfast on Sunday. Place was not busy, I would say down floor was almost empty, but unfortunately we could make an order after 25 mins waiting only. We had a great time there, didn't feel as time goes by, watches don't lie and it's unacceptable to wait so long. Coffee is good, but arrived after a while as well.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variations are Ok, nothing special. I've got apple strudel and "breakfast with egg". Didn't find anything special in their strudel, def tried better ones and wouldn't order it again. The piece is big though :-)
