★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited today the Burgerisra's in Salzburg.
OMG..... what a disappointment...
I used to be a big fan, but this time it was absolutely awful.
The food was bellow average. The price extremely high.
The service.....no words to describe. There was a poor guy who was sharing his time between the cash desk and the food preparation. More than 15 person were waiting to order.
The famous lemonade was absolutely disgusting.
I really wasn't expecting to have this experience.
And the worst thing...... THE TABLES WERE NOT CLEAN......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, good service but food was average at most. Veggie burger is pure disappointment as well as the bun itself. Shame.
Someone mentioned that it is kind of a step up from McD’s and I couldn’t agree more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the Feuerwerk. It was delicious however the patty was lacking seasoning. I also got the Mango Lemonade which was delicious. If I'm back, I won't mind coming here again.

The beef and the veggie burger we ordered were great. Unfortunately, the chicken was grossly undercooked. There is no phone number to call so we wrote an email. The response came a day later suggesting we talk to the delivery service. What? The delivery person will solve a problem in the kitchen?
I am still waiting for the delivery company to address my complaint but in the meantime I was left hungry as the food I paid for was a health hazard and nothing a sane person would eat.

I loved their burger patties; well seasoned, 100% beef and well cooked ?.
Very good fries and a good variety of sauces to choose from.
A must try also is their new fried cheese caramel.
Definitely worth another visit
