Leider war kein offizieller Termin frei, aber ich wurde dazwischen geschoben und mir wurde schnell geholfen. Leider war der behandelnde Zahnarzt nicht sehr freundlich, allerdings hat er mir geholfen und hatte sicher stress, somit sei Ihm verziehen. Also alles in allem, sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal. Unfortunately I was there on Monday after a dental problem. Of course, an appointment was made beforehand by phone. Unfortunately, no official appointment was available, but I was put in between and I was helped quickly. Unfortunately, the attending dentist was not very friendly, but he helped me and was certainly stressed, so be forgiven. So all in all, very competent and friendly staff.

Hierzu muss ich ein volles Lob aussprechen, denn die Rückerstattung ist sehr schnell und unbürokratisch! Und was noch angemerkt werden muss, dass die Mitarbeiter mit denen ich zu tun hatte (ob Anfrage, Auskunft , Information) jedesmal sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren. Das kenne ich von Tirol leider nicht so gut. Bitte weiter so! I am writing this review based on my 3 years of experience here in the Braunau district regarding reimbursement of treatment costs. I have to express my full praise for this, because the reimbursement is very quick and unbureaucratic! And what still has to be noted that the employees I had to deal with (whether inquiries, information, information) were always very nice and courteous. Auch die Wartezeit (ohne Termin) hielt sich in Grenzen. Natürlich gehe ich nicht gerne zum Zahnarzt, aber wenn dann auch gerne hier. I called because of severe toothache. Was able to come the same day. Everyone was very friendly and competent. The waiting time (without an appointment) was also limited. Of course I don't like going to the dentist, but if I do, I like coming here.
