Ob bei der Anmeldung oder auf "Platz 4" bei der Ärztin und der Arzthelferin - ich fühlte mich überall bestens aufgehoben und betreut. Das ganze Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ärztin hatte sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen, das Ergebnis war dann ein Zahnersatz der sowohl gut aussieht, als auch angenehm zu tragen ist. Vielen Dank für die perfekte Betreuung! Whether at the registration or on "place 4" with the doctor and the medical assistant - I felt in good hands and cared for everywhere. The whole team was very friendly and helpful. S	Shiny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute wegen akuten Zahnschmerzen angerufen. Und durfte auch gleich vorbeikommen. Die Dame an der Aufnahme war sehr nett. Gott sei dank kam ich auch relativ schnell dran. Auch die Zahnarzthelferin war freundlich. Der Zahnarzt, Dr. Huang, hat mich zwar schnell und kompetent behandelt. Allerdings war er absolut ohne Empathie oder Mitgefühl. Zack, zack, zack. Nicht ein freundliches Wort. Nicht eine Nachfrage, vorher, ob die Spritze wirkt oder während der Behandlung, ob alles gut ist bei mir. Called today about an acute toothache. And was allowed to come by right away. Bei dem mir kurzfristig genannten Termin wurde mir von Herrn Dr. Huang die restliche Wurzel in kompetenter Weise entfernt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es stimmt mich äusserst dankbar, dass ich in dieser Notsituation vom gesamten Team bestens betreut wurde. Broke a tooth completely. At the appointment I was given at short notice, Dr. Huang competently removed the remaining root. All staff were friendly and very helpful. I am extremely grateful that I was well looked after by the entire team in this emergency situation.

Eine Angestellte war sehr nett, die andere hört man schon von anfang an umher motzen mit einer 0 Bock Einstellung und einem herabwürdigenden Verhalten zu einen älteren Klienten. Ich hoffte ich komme zu der netten.. leider nicht.. ich durfte mich anfangs belehren lassen von ihr und was ich hier mache. Erklärte ihr , Zahnarztphobie und dass es schwierig sei in der jetztigen situation einen Zahnarzttermin zu bekommen. Sie hatte kein Verständnis. Sie behandelte mich als wär ich eine Rotzgöre und hätte keine Schmerzen. Also so etwas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt.. dieses Verhalten kann man auch nicht auf den stress ausreden, denn es war kaum was los. Bin selbst Krankenschwester.. ich hätte mir sowas noch nie erlaubt. Habe zwar am Montag meinen Termin aber so ein Verhalten ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung. 7:00 in the morning at the ordination, I pain. One of the employees was very nice, the other one can be heard moaning from the beginning with a 0 Bock attitude and a derogatory behavior towards an older client. I hoped I'd get to the nice one.. unfortunately not.. I was allowed to let her teach me what I'm doing here at first. Explained her dental phobia and that it was difficult to get a dentist appointment in the current situation. She didn't understand. She treated me like I was a snot brat and in no pain. Well, I haven't experienced anything like that for a long time.. You can't explain this behavior to the stress, because there was hardly anything going on. I'm a nurse myself.. I would never have allowed myself something like that. I have an appointment on Monday, but this kind of behavior is really not okay.

Ist besonders für Menschen mit Zahnschmerzen ungut, wenn man schnell jemanden erreichen will. Cannot be rated. Unavailable on Thursdays between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The control center in Linz promised a call back - unfortunately this never took place. It's especially bad for people with a toothache when you want to reach someone quickly.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Freundlichkeit ALLER Mitarbeiter. Alle kümmerten sich rührend um die Kleine und mir wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Ärztin nahm sich Zeit und beruhigte meine Tochter sehr mitfühlend. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut versorgt. I was there yesterday with my 4 year old daughter because of a fall on her upper jaw. We were very impressed by the friendliness of ALL the employees. Everyone took care of the little one and everything was explained to me very well. The doctor took her time and was very compassionate in reassuring my daughter. We felt very well taken care of.
