Die sollten mal das Personal ändern, besonders diese Blonde und Braunhaarige. Extremely unfriendly !!! Especially at the counter. As soon as you ask only something are the same extremely annoyed us incredibly unfriendly. The times should change the staff, especially these blond and brown-haired.

Ich hab mehrmals gesagt dass die Frau freundlicher sein soll und das wurde einfach ignoriert und aufgelegt!!! Die sollte mal eine Schulung machen, wie man mit anderen Menschen redet!!! Man muss seinem Geld hinterher laufen und oft mit salzburg selbst telefonieren. Ich habe jahrelang jeden Monat pünktlich am 31.. Die Beiträge abgezogen bekommen. . Leider schafft es keiner.. Das ich mein Krankengeld pünktlich bekomme I'm allgemeinen sehr unfreundlich und schwach ausser die junge Dame rechten 1 Schalter.. Wenn ihnen der Job nicht gefällt, sollen sie daheim bleiben und stricken!! Ich habe in Kärnten lange gelebt, und der Unterschied zwischen den Mitarbeiter ist wie Himmel und Erde!! Wacht doch endlich auf und ändert etwas!! Ihr habt doch nur negative Rezessionen! Und X andere Menschen denken dasselbe, schreiben es nur nicht da hinein! Ich zumindest, werde es jeden empfehlen es zu tun!! War bei den Chefärzten nicht, und kann darüber auch nichts schreiben. ARE ALL EMPLOYEES IN THE GCC DEPRESSIVE AND UN-SATISFIED WITH YOUR LIFE? The way how to deal with a customer is an incredibly incompetent, unfit! If you do not like the job, you should stay home and knit !! Man muss da SEHR SEHR vorsichtig sein und immer 2 mal nachfragen und am besten andere Frau ansprechen. Was sagt nämlich die Frau am 2. Schalter links muss nicht passen und man muss da alles aufpassen !!! Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen, nicht nur 1-2-3 mal ! Catastrophe !!! The woman at the 2nd counter on the left very very arrogant, unfriendly, unappealing and ALWAYS got wrong answers to my questions !!! You have to be VERY VERY careful and always ask 2 times and best speak to another woman. Schade, gerade in diesen schwierigen Zeiten, wäre etwas mehr Empathie angebracht! Ein internes Audit täte dieser Außenstelle einmal gut - just saying! Very unfriendly service point, insured persons are dumped emotionless. Issues not taken seriously. It's a shame, especially in these difficult times, a little more empathy would be appropriate!
