Big compliments to Dr. Popp and to the lady at the reception with the short blonde hair and glasses - both are so nice, hard-working, friendly and at the same time competent that there really is no other reason to go anywhere else - thank you very much for everything!
R	Renate Hofbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war im Mai 2020 wegen Zahnfleischproblemen dort. Zahnfleischtasche ausgespült und mit einem Rezept für Chlorhexamed weggeschickt. Corona, da kann man nur das Notwendigste machen. Im Juli selbes Problem, anderer Arzt. Wieder gespült. Aber jetzt wurde ich angeherrscht, warum ich keine Paradontosebehandlung machen lasse. Kein Wort, dass die Zahnärzte dort das nicht machen und auch kein Wort wohin ich mich wenden kann. Ein Jahr später endlich eine kompetente Praxis gefunden, muss ich 2 Wurzelbehandlungen über mich ergehen lassen. Wobei bei 1 Zahn nicht sicher ist, ob er gerettet werden kann. Ach ja, meine bei der BVAEB ausgemachte Mundhygiene Anfang November 2020 wurde kurzfristig abgesagt. Angeblich war die Assistentin krank und man kann sowieso nicht alles machen, wegen Corona. Es wurde auch kein Ersatztermin angeboten. Meine Wurzelbehandlung jetzt (April 2021) wurde während des Lockdowns durchgeführt. Da war Corona kein Thema. Nie wieder BVAEB Praterstern. I was there in May 2020 for gum problems. Gum pocket rinsed out and sent away with a prescription for Chlorhexamed. Corona, you can only do the bare minimum. Same problem in July, different doctor. Rinsed again. But now I have been judged why I do not have periodontal treatment. Not a word that the dentists there are not doing that and not a word where I can turn. A year later, finally found a competent practice, I have to undergo 2 root treatments. With 1 tooth it is not certain whether it can be saved. Oh yes, my oral hygiene at the BVAEB at the beginning of November 2020 was canceled at short notice. Allegedly the assistant was sick and you can't do everything anyway, because of Corona. There was also no alternative date offered. My root canal treatment now (April 2021) was performed during the lockdown. Corona was not an issue there. Never again BVAEB Praterstern.
