T	Tobias Mikula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr freundlich, während der Untersuchung selbst wurde ich aber nur schnellstmöglich abgefertigt. Die Ärztin nimmt sich leider keine Zeit für Erklärungen oder Empathie. Hier scheint der Profit wohl wichtiger als das Patientenwohl zu sein. Und: Aufgrund der fehlenden Deckenwände hört man im Warteraum jede intime Diagnose mit! The staff at the front desk was very friendly, but during the investigation itself I was only dispatched as quickly as possible. The doctor does not take time for explanations or empathy. Profit seems to be more important than patient wellbeing here. And: Due to the missing ceiling walls you can hear every intimate diagnosis in the waiting room!

L	Lisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer hierher kommt darf kein Problem damit haben, dass das ganze Gespräch mit dem Arzt vor dem gesamten Wartezimmer stattfindet - durch Türen die nicht bis zur Decke gehen ist es so, als wären alle draußen vor der Tür live mit dabei. Das gleiche natürlich bei der Befundbesprechung und dem Diktat. Hab zB alles über die Brustimplantate und Probleme der Patientin vor mir gehört, inklusive ihrem Namen und Geburtsdatum (Datenschutz ist hier noch nicht angekommen). 1 Stern weil ich jetzt immerhin weiss zu welchem plastischen Chirurgen ich nicht gehen sollte! Unangenehmster Arztbesuch meines Lebens Anyone who comes here shouldn't have a problem with the fact that the whole discussion with the doctor takes place in front of the entire waiting room - through doors that don't go all the way to the ceiling, it's as if everyone outside the door was there live. The same of course with the discussion of the findings and the dictation. For example, heard all about the patient's breast implants and issues before me, including her name and date of birth (privacy hasn't gotten here yet). 1 star because at least I now know which plastic surgeon I shouldn't go to! Worst doctor visit of my life

Der Grund ist relativ einfach und schnell erzählt: Die Mitarbeiter sind derart unfreundlich, dass ich mich eher an den Umgangston einer Militärkaserne erinnert gefühlt habe, als an einen Dienstleistungsbetrieb im Gesundheitssektor. Zur fachlichen Kompetenz können wir noch nichts Abschließendes sagen, das werden erst die weiterführenden Untersuchungen in anderen Instituten zeigen. Gutes Gefühl haben wir aber auch diesbezüglich keines... For me it is definitely the worst X-ray institute in town. The reason is relatively simple and easy to explain: The employees are so unfriendly that I was more reminded of the tone of a military barracks than of a service company in the health sector. We cannot say anything final about technical competence, this will only be shown by further investigations in other institutes. But we don't have a good feeling about this either ...

Now I have to go back and do all of my examinations again. Irresponsible and disrespectful for other people’s time.
