Da sich die Ordination im Umbau befand, konnte zwar an diesem Abend keine Untersuchung stattfinden, jedoch wurde ich super beraten wohin ich noch am selben Abend hin könnte. Daumen hoch! Danke! Called for toothache in the evening. Since the ordination was under renovation, no examination could take place that evening, but I was given great advice on where I could go that same evening. Thumbs up! Thank you!

Aber sonntags um 19:50 freundlich und geduldig am Telefon beraten werden, ist viel wert und nicht selbstverständlich. I wasn't in the ordination, so can't comment on that. But receiving friendly and patient advice on the phone at 19:50 on Sundays is worth a lot and cannot be taken for granted.

Sehr positiv habe ich auch gefunden, dass ich zurückgerufen wurde, weil ich nicht gleich durchgekommen bin. Danke! Despite the late hour (7:30 pm), I received very competent, friendly information about pain caused by a "broken" tooth. I also found it very positive that I was called back because I didn't get through straight away. Thank you!
S	Sabrina Berger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich bei meinem Anruf um 20:39 die Information bekommen, dass eine Anfahrt von einer halben Stunde eigentlich zu lange ist und ich somit nicht mehr kommen brauche. Lt. Notdiensthomepage ist aber von einem Notdienst bis 23 Uhr zu lesen. Nach der Nachfrage was ich nun mit dem halben Zahn meines 8-jähringen Sohnes machen soll, kam ich mir bei der Auskunft "ich soll den Zahn in eine Dose geben und morgen beim Zahnarzt anrufen" nicht gut beraten vor. Jede der 4 Apotheken mit denen ich vorher telefoniert habe konnten mir mehr Auskunft erteilen z.B. dass der Zahn vor dem austrocknen mit einer Kochsalzlösung geschützt werden muss. Es ist verständlich, dass man am Feiertag um 20:30 nicht mehr arbeiten will, aber dann bin ich der Meinung, darf man als privater Arzt keine Notdienste bis 23 Uhr anbieten. Da es nur zu einem kurzen Telefonat gekommen ist, kann ich über die persönliche Betreuung keine Auskunft geben. Unfortunately, when I called at 8:39 pm I got the information that a journey of half an hour is actually too long and therefore I don't need to come any more. Lt. The emergency service homepage can be read by an emergency service until 11 p.m. After asking what I should do with half a tooth of my 8-year-old son, I did not feel well advised when I was told "I should put the tooth in a can and call the dentist tomorrow". Each of the 4 pharmacies that I called before could give me more information, e.g. that the tooth must be protected from drying out with a saline solution. It is understandable that you no longer want to work at 8.30 p.m. on a public holiday, but then I am of the opinion that as a private doctor you cannot offer emergency services until 11 p.m. Since there was only a short phone call, I cannot provide any information about the personal support.
