Menschen die Angst vorm Zahnarzt haben sind hier genau richtig. Die Praxis ist freundlich eingerichtet , das Personal auch sehr Freundlich und Aufmerksam ,bin froh einen so guten Arzt in Wien gefunden zu haben . I am with Dr. Rudolf and very satisfied. A very competent man, friendly, attentive, accurate and listening too. People's fear of the dentist who is the right place. The practice is pleasantly decorated, the staff very friendly and attentive, am glad to have found such a good doctor in Vienna.

Behandlung und Beratung verständlich und immer toll erklärt und durchgeführt. Ich habe leider in der Vergangenheit viele schlechte Erfahrungen mit Zahnärzten, doch die Ordination Rudolf hat mir bewiesen..... Es geht auch ganz anders. Vielen Dank Top dentist, top team. Always friendly, in case of pain a short appointment is not a problem. Treatment and advice understandable and always well explained and carried out. Unfortunately, I have had many bad experiences with dentists in the past, but the ordination Rudolf has proven me ..... There is another way. Thanks a lot

Ich musste eine Wurzelspitzenresektion machen lassen und es war sehr schlimm für mich, da ich Panik hatte und sehr sensibel war. Ich bekam sogar während der Behandlung nocheinmal nachgespritzt, weil ich Schmerzen hatte. Weiters hatte ich das Gefühl, dass das Team sehr kompetent ist. DANKE AN DAS GANZE TEAM N.-N. S. I am a fear patient and the whole team has treated me very warmly and empathically. I had to have a root resection done and it was very bad for me because I was panicking and very sensitive. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, dass einem nicht einfach Behandlungen verkauft werden, die nicht nötig sind! Habe wirklich das Gefühl, dass das Patientenwohl gaaaaanz weit oben steht :) Große Empfehlung :) Really very pleasant! You feel that you are in good hands and it is explained what you are doing and is not haphazard when working in the mouth! It should also be emphasized that you are not simply sold treatments that are not necessary! I really have the feeling that the patient's well-being is sooooooo high :) Great recommendation :)

Alles wird einem gut erklärt, auch der Zeitablauf der Behandlung wird immer wieder erwähnt. Ganz lieb finde ich auch die gute psychologische Schulung der Ärzteinnen ;). Die Patienten werden gelobt und motiviert, da hält man alles viel leichter aus. Meine ganze Familie ist dort und, egal welches Thema man "zahntechnisch" hat, es wird fundiert und gründlich gearbeitet. Wirklich perfekt! Eine super sympathische Praxis! Very great team! Both the doctors and the assistants are great. Always kind and patient. Everything is explained well, and the timing of the treatment is mentioned again and again. I also really like the good psychological training of the doctors ;). The patients are praised and motivated, it makes everything much easier to bear. My whole family is there and, no matter what "dental technology" topic you have, the work is well-founded and thorough. Really perfect! A super nice practice!
S	Sonja Steinacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rudolf Lukas (25.11.2019): He applies state of art techniques (eg bone augmentation via TITAN TEFLON MEMBRAN), and answers all questions in a competent, patient and extremely friendly manner). By writing an email to Dr Lukas describing my case I was offered an appointment right away. He took 1 hour for answering all my questions and going through all possible treatment options. An extraordinary dentist, highly recommendable, especially for more complicate cases, eg dental implants, bone augmentation. Thank you deeply Dr Rudolf !

Always very friendly and accommodating, you don’t feel like a “patient” and are never talked down to (regardless of dental hygiene background). I’ve been to several appointments here already, but hadn’t been in a long time due to concerns with COVID-19 exposure, and as a result had a very deteriorated molar that broke over this past weekend and exposed nerves—I called this morning (Monday) at 9am and was given a 10:30am appointment, had to wait a little while (expected) but they were very quick and professional once I was called back. To be honest, I had no hope the tooth could be saved—thought they would pull it and put me out of my misery. :) But miraculously Dr. Lukas was able to drill and reconstruct the tooth with concrete (all covered by the ÖGK) and I have a whole tooth again! Even my husband was incredulous. I can’t say enough good things about the whole team here. Top quality all around. Thank you ❤️
