I cant do anything. Call number on contract». The number on contract was to Croatia, and of course they couldnt help from there. So now im stuck in Salzburg with a car with bad brakes, outside the Avis office who wont help :) whats the point with this office?

We returned the vehicle with a full tank and did not get charged any additional fees. Good experience overall.

Becareful guys always make sure that they gave you the same car before picking up your car. Budget is out from my list. Very very poor service.

I was instructed to leave the car in the parking lot of the nearby hotel in case the small parking in front of the office is full. I drove to the hotel parking - the gate was closed. I went into the hotel and was told that they were full and I had to leave the car at the underground public parking nearby and bring them the ticket. I did as they told me and left the ticket and the car key with the receptionist. In the morning the next day I called the Budget customer service (you cannot call the branch directly) to let them know, just in case. The customer service said they would send a message to the branch. A few hours later I'm getting a phone call from the branch: where is the car? I told them, they said ok. Then in the early afternoon I stopped by their office and asked if they had found the car. They said no and asked me to go to the hotel with them. We go to the hotel and I'm repeating the same story the third time. And then one of a sudden the car key is found and everything is fine...
