They were very accommodating for the different card and changed the reservation over to that card without issue. The preexisting damage to our car was very thorough and well-documented. The return process for the car was thorough but fair. The hours are great for a community office. The price was unbeatable. All around great experience.

It was Sunday morning 8:30, SIXT knew I had to change another car and planned a long drive, he was assigned to help me in the early morning to change a new car. He prepared some sweet and cookie for us, full tank, changed the GPS to English, added Vignette for next one whole week in case I need to drive back to Austria again. The paper work was thank 10 minutes, and demonstration of using new car was another 10 minutes. Very patient and friendly, thank you!
