I found out I was charged later on for about 20 euro. But I don’t know why because I had the gas filled and nothing was wrong.

When you pick up the car plz check the fuel tank as it is not full and they are cheaters because when you return the car with full tank ,they will charge you prepaid fuel price & damage waiver even if you have not done any damage ,beware of your credit card once you have provided them with the card they will charge you in the future ,I have rented the car & my bill was 100 Euro & I have been charged 186 euro so plz take care of yourself & beware of such fraud ppl.

The bad company ever! They just cheated the customers!! If you make the reservation at online you will shocked when you come! There is no office !!! They closed and you will suffer and suffer... no one response your call no one there just you and the bad luck ... they don’t deserve even one star!

Rented a car for 2 days. They told me to drop it off in evening if after business hours and leave keys in drop box. Car had no damages but when i got back home to USA i saw they charged my card for almost 800 euros. I called to find out why they told me they found some kind of dent.. Do not rent cars here unless you return it person or they could charge you for something you did not do.

So bad. Location was horrible and hard to find, could have been Google Maps directions but they could at least state somewhere in their email how to get there. Got there and had no clue where to put the car since their email offered no type of instructions beside 'drop off and leave keys in box.' (All spots in front of the tiny building were occupied, so how are we supposed to know what to do then.) And as a bonus, the place was closed mid afternoon on a Saturday and their help line didn't answer, even though it claimed to be open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Thankfully, some man entered the building and we asked him for assistance on what to do. But, to no surprise, he was extremely rude. We left it in a spot by the building and that was the end of it. Go somewhere else.

I reserved a car online. the next morning when went to pick it up they told that there is no car available. Now i recieved an invoice charging me 65 euros for no show. Stay a way! Atrer I wrote I complaint e mail that was never answered I got this resopnse to my review (see below). They invite me to contact them via twitter or FB. Really!? How Professional...

extremely dissapointed !!!! booked enough time in advance a Mercedes B for airport in VIENA . Arrived there today and was told by the rep after she did all papers that she doesnt have the car not even similar and gave me a SEAT ALAMBRA claiming is an upgrade...we r only 2 people and need a small car... .i went to see the car and its not an uprgade this is a huge downdgrade. the car is big too big like a van or big taxi /transit . its extremely umcorfotable . i came back to the rep and she didnt do anything and just said there r no cars...she could have at least checked in other branches in VIENA or Salzburg where im heading..., the drive from Viena to Salzburg was a nightmare ...i asked the rep that i would like at least to have it changed in Salzburg and the lady answered :i should call them...i would have expected them to check ...im a preffered customer by 3-4 car rentals ,this is the worst epxerience so far in more than 20 yrs ...still hope that AVis will do what is needed to change the car accordingly

Avoid renting from them. A few hours after the car was returned, they sent us an e-mail with which they tried to charge us for damage we did not cause. But the most interesting thing is that using the Street View application of Google Maps we were able to better distinguish the damage we are charged for, compared to the photos they sent us. The damage, as proven by the Google Maps itself, has been there since at least August 2019, as while we rented and we are asked to pay a big amount for a small scratch-damage at the end of 2021. I wonder if this is a mistake or an attempt at deception. Anyway, we are still waiting for their response to our proofs.
