A	Andrey Kudievskiy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car broke down in the middle of a highway. The Buchbinder staff at Salzburg location was not helpful at all. They passed me over to a phone line where nobody answered. It took me 3.5 hours and several emails just to get an answer from them. Eventually, I was evacuated to a repair location but they didn't even bother calling a cab for me to drop me off at a nearby airport. Not to mention that NOBODY even bothered providing me a replacement car. I'm VERY unsatisfied and will be looking to receive a compensation for the missed flight.

Google its name with review keyword and you would have a bunch of stories about it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

a	andreas Hint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megadrive is a scam! There are plenty of reviews online that describe exactly what happened to me. I hired a car for a few days, had absolutely no problems with it until i received an email of the megadrive fleet managers demanding €448 for a damage that i apparently have caused when taking my luggage out of the boot... I know for a fact that i did not scratch the car and that they made up that story to steal my money. Nothing you can do. The same story happened to a lot of customers. Look out for megadrive reviews. Its a complete rip off!!

I lost a lot money for this company so I just want to warn everyone, think and search before choose it.
J	Jarno Linds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here! I have rented cars in >10 countries all over the world and around 50 times. And this place is the worse so far. This is even true compared to e.g. indian or indonesia or marocco. Rented a car from here. Not one thing went right. They mixed up the dates of rental, the class of the vehicle, the price of it and didnt manage to accept even one out of four credit cards. The service was horrible. Not to mention the unbelievable unprofessionalism and huge problems in knowledge of their own industry and practice of it. But almost worse is that they still saw it fit to be rock hard and arrogant to say the least. A simple rental took over two hours (+booking+return) and I only went through with it because I was in a hurry and didnt realize soon enough how many problems could they manage to stir up. I wish this business faces a hastly renowal or end.
P	Peg Halbwidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are terrible. Unhelpful and rude. Took forever to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was was virtually new and we had no problems with it. On return the staff wouldn’t process the credit card payment as it was easier for them to do at the end of the day! Only when pressured and I reverted to speaking in German did they give us the invoice. Couldn’t or wouldn’t explain how they calculated the fuel we had used. All the staff need to find a new job and not one in customer relations. Never again. ?
