★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch während des zweiten Lockdowns habe ich eine klasse Telefonberatung und das ausgewählte Buch innerhalb von 2 Tagen persönlich geliefert bekommen. Die Angestellten waren wirklich sehr bemüht, mir eine passende Alternative zum eigentlich gewünschten Exemplar, das sich im Nachdruck befindet, zu bestellen. Das nenne ich mal einen tollen Service. Bin sehr zufrieden und komme immer wieder gerne!
 During the second lockdown, too, I received a great telephone consultation and the selected book was personally delivered within 2 days. The staff really went out of their way to order a suitable alternative to the copy actually wanted, which is in the reprint. That's what I call great service. I am very satisfied and will always be happy to come back!

Was für mich wirklich den Unterschied macht: Der oder die BuchhändlerIn war sich nicht zu schade meine Taschenbücher zusätzlich in Papier zu verpacken um Transportschäden zu vermeiden. Und einen Bio-Kräutertee gabs umsonst dazu. "Kauft lokal!" Kann man da nur sagen!
Top service. I ordered online, the books were there two days later. What really makes the difference for me: The bookseller wasn't too bad to pack my paperbacks in paper to avoid transport damage. And there was a free organic herbal tea. "Buy locally!" I can only say!

Nice bookstore with exceptionally good advice. You almost have the feeling that the owner or employee has read all the books there herself ?

Wonderful bookstore, dedicated advice, friendly atmosphere. What is not there is ordered in no time. But most of the time you can always find something to take with you, planned or not. Please keep it up!
