Actually a meeting to work, but - because you're allowed to do it again - a glass of excellent sparkling wine: Mathäi-Reserve Brut from the Klosterneuburg monastery winery. Always a pleasure in the De Gustibus vinotheque!

You can drink not only in the shop but also here. Actually, it is open until 20:00, but if there is a regular customer, it will be open anytime.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften ein paar echt gute Weine verkosten.
Für mich ein echter Geheimtipp für jeden der Lust auf ein gutes Achterl hat.
Bei unserem nächsten Salzburg Besuch schauen wir sicher wieder vorbei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war selten in so einer tollen Vinothek. Eigentlich wollte ich nur etwas kosten, daraus sind aber mehrere Stunden beste Unterhaltung geworden. Der Chef ist supernett und kennt sich mit Wein sehr sehr gut aus (das ist nicht immer der Fall). Das wird definitiv mein Stammlokal für die Salzburgbesuche, man fühlt sich wie daheim.
I have seldom been to such a great vinotheque. Actually, I just wanted to cost something, but it turned into several hours of great entertainment. The boss is super nice and is very, very knowledgeable about wine (that's not always the case). This will definitely be my favorite spot when I visit Salzburg, you will feel at home.
