T	Tony Marony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machten prinzipiell einen engagierten Eindruck, jedoch musste von Kunden-Seite in der Planung sehr viel berücksichtig werden, wo ich mir mehr Unterstützung vom Fachmann erwartet hätte(deshalb geht man ja hin) Es mussten auch mehrmals Sachen nachgebessert werden wo dann auch scheinbar wir wieder Vergessen hätten Themen frühzeitig aufzuzeigen. Die Mitarbeitet vor Ort waren immer recht freundlich. Evtl. werden für Kunden, die eine Wahl haben ja faire Preise veranschlagt, aber wenn man von einem Bauträger kauft und Sonderwünsche hat wird man unverschämt und eiskalt ausgenommen. Als die hohen Materialpreise (exakt die im Angebot aufgeführten Bauteile findet man online zu einem Bruchteil des Angebotspreises) und die m. E. zu hohe Anzahl an (pauschalierten) Arbeitsstunden noch vor der Auftragsvergabe angesprochen wurde hieß es nur: “Naja wenn Sie die den Preis nicht zahlen wollen, haben Sie hald keine Dusche.“ Anscheinend zahlt sich das neue schicke Firmengebäude nicht von selbst ab und man nimmt geschickt die Kunden aus, die nicht ganz freiwillig dort Leistungen benötigen. Dazu kommt noch (wie leider bei fast allen Firmen in der Baubranche) die schlechte interne Kommunikation, die anscheinende Überforderung mit der Auftragsflut und das setzen auf Quantität statt auf Qualität. Wenn man als Kunde sich nicht beinahe täglich erkundigt und nachfragt, passt am Ende hinten und vorne nichts zusammen. Im Jahr 2021, also 9 Jahre später (!), habe ich wegen Umbauabsichten bei der Firma Brandlmayr wegen Plänen und Fotos von der damaligen Baustelle angefragt. Ich habe dann unverzüglich die damaligen Haustechnikpläne und eine umfangreiche Fotodokumentation erhalten. Das ist einfach ein TOP SERVICE! The Brandlmayr company did the building services for the construction of an apartment building in 2012. At that time we bought an apartment from the property developer. In 2021, 9 years later (!), I asked Brandlmayr about plans and photos of the construction site at that time because of plans to renovate. I then immediately received the building services plans from that time and extensive photo documentation. That is simply a TOP SERVICE!
