Kann überhaupt nicht umgehen mit Kunden bzw.Patienten.
Total unfreundlich!!!
Werde die Medikamente sicher nicht mehr hier holen.
Dafür fahre ich gerne zur nächsten Apotheke.

Can't deal with customers or patients at all.

I will definitely not get the medication here again.
I like to go to the nearest pharmacy for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schon einige Male dort. Leider bin ich von der Assistentin sehr enttäuscht! Sie ist unfreundlich, ungeduldig, überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit und sehr grob. Sehr unprofessionell. Sie arbeitet total unmotiviert. Generell ist sie nur zu Patienten nett, wenn sie diese persönlich kennt. Ihr Verhalten mir gegenüber war respektlos und ich bin wirklich verärgert deswegen! Das einzige Gute ist der Arzt. Er ist wirklich nett, freundlich und geduldig ... Ganz im Gegensatz zur Assistentin.
I've been there a number of times. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the assistant! She is rude, impatient, not helpful at all and very rude. Very unprofessional. She works totally unmotivated. In general, she is only nice to patients if she knows them personally. Your behavior towards me was disrespectful and I'm really upset about that! The only good thing is the doctor. He's really nice, friendly and patient... Completely different from the assistant.
