★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich brauche keine Belehrungen, einen höfliche Aufforderung auch beim anpassen der neuen Brille den MSN nicht abzunehmen hätten auch gereicht. Eine beleidigende Aussage wie das war die letzten eineinhalb Jahren so und basta sonst gibt es keine Anpassung und Einstellung. Auch andere Personen bewegen sich beim auswählen von neuen Brillen ohne MSN.
Ich werde diese Filiale nicht mehr in anspruch nehmen, auch wenn es für mich mehr Aufwand erfordert.
I don't need any instructions, a polite request not to remove the MSN even when adjusting the new glasses would have been enough. An insulting statement like that was the last one and a half years and that's all there is to it. Other people also move without an MSN when choosing new glasses.
I will no longer use this branch, even if it requires more effort for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behandlung der optikerin war sehr irritierend. Direkt hysterisch . Durfte die maske nicht mal bei der brillen probe runterziehen. Würde dort keine mehr kaufen. Übrigens sind wir geimpft
Treatment by the optician was very irritating. Directly hysterical. Wasn't even allowed to pull down the mask when trying out the glasses. Wouldn't buy any more there. By the way, we are vaccinated
