★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner aber feiner Elektroladen. Waschmaschine dort gekauft. War preiswerter als bei den üblichen Verdächtigen und der Service ist unschlagbar. Absolute Empfehlung.
Small but nice electrical shop. Washer bought there. Was cheaper than the usual suspects and the service cannot be beat. Absolute recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten unseren alten Trockner reparieren lassen(aufgrund der Landesförderung) jedoch leider war anscheinend die Reparatur so teuer dass es sich nicht ausgezahlt hätte.
Da wir jetzt fast 80,- bezahlen hätten sollen für das anschauen mussten wir wohl oder übel im Geschäft einen Trockner kaufen(dann wird es uns nachgelassen).
Nach mehreren Monaten Wartezeit wurde dann unser neuer Trockner endlich geliefert der dann auch fast 3 Wochen funktioniert hat und dann eine Funktionsstörung hatte.
Nach mehreren weiteren Wochen Wartezeit kam endlich der Service und reparierte das Gerät.
Kommunikation mit der Firma Widlroither war sehr mühsam(E-Mails wurden erst immer nach mehreren Tagen beantwortet).Auch auf die Frage ob wir einen kleinen Rabatt bekommen würden wegen dem ganzen Ärger(wir haben eine Gästezimmervermietung und mussten die Wäsche aufwendig trocknen lassen) bekamen wir keine Antwort.
Sehr schlechter Service---sind leider nicht zufrieden---hätten wir uns nicht erwartet.
We wanted to have our old dryer repaired (because of the state subsidy) but unfortunately the repair was apparently so expensive that it would not have paid off.
Since we should have paid almost 80, - to look at it, we had to buy a dryer in the shop for better or worse (then it will be reduced to us).
After several months of waiting, our new dryer was finally delivered, which then worked for almost 3 weeks and then had a malfunction.
After several more weeks of waiting, the service finally came and repaired the device.
Communication with Widlroither was very tedious (e-mails were always answered after several days). Also when we asked if we would get a small discount because of all the trouble (we rent a guest room and had to let the laundry dry at great expense) we no answer.
Very bad service --- we are unfortunately not satisfied --- we did not expect it.
