S	Sugar Dani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast ein bisschen schockierend wie man behandelt wird als Kunde. Ausserdem ein Kunde der dort über Jahre schon sehr viel Geld gelassen hat. Da sagt man immer "Regional kaufen" und "Unterstützt regionale Unternehmen", doch dann wird man nicht mal zurück gegrüßt beim Betreten des Geschäfts (auch noch mit Namen weil man sich ja eigentlich kennt als jahrelange Kundschaft). Auf die Frage hin das wir einen Elektroherd brauchen, kam erst garnichts, dann ein "Jo gleich" und dann wurde im Büro über irgendwas geschimpft. Wenn man schlechte Laune hat OK, aber das an Kunden auszulassen ist einfach nicht in Ordnung. Es ging ja nicht um einen Föhn sondern um einen Herd. Wenn manche Unternehmer einfach nicht auf das Geld angewiesen sind, dann kein Problem aber jammern sollte dann wirklich keiner mehr. Wir haben dann telefonisch bei Elektro Buchinger in Vöcklamarkt angerufen, wurden sehr freundlich behandelt und haben ein gerät gekauft und den Termin quasi bereits fixiert. Also liebes F&M Elektroteam, vielleicht solltet Ihr euch ein bisschen Gedanken über den Umgang mit Kunden machen, denn sowas spricht sich herum. Das enttäuscht uns und wütend macht es uns auch. Almost a bit shocking how you are treated as a customer. Also a customer who has left a lot of money there for years. You always say "buy regionally" and "support regional companies", but then you are not even greeted back when entering the shop (also by name because you actually know each other as a long-term customer). When asked that we need an electric stove, nothing came up at first, then a "Yo right away" and then something was scolded in the office. If you're in a bad mood, OK, but taking this out on customers is just not okay. It wasn't about a hair dryer but a stove. If some entrepreneurs are simply not dependent on the money, then no problem but nobody should complain anymore. We then called Elektro Buchinger in Vöcklamarkt by phone, were treated very kindly and bought a device and almost already set the appointment. So dear F&M electrical team, maybe you should think a little about dealing with customers, because word of that gets around. That disappoints us and it makes us angry too.

Obwohl der Hersteller keine Ersatzteile mehr produziert konnte die Firma Frauenschuh die Steuerungen reparieren. Somit ersparte ich mir eine komplette Neuinstallation der Bussteuerung. Zur Abwicklung: Erstkontakt mittels E-Mail zwei Tage später Terminvereinbarung Reparatur binnen 5 Tagen ab 1 .Kontakt Ich kann dieses Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen und möchte gleichzeitig ein großes Kompliment an den Juniorchef aussprechen! 15 years ago the Frauenschuh company equipped our house with electrical engineering. Unfortunately the capacitors of the blind control were defective. Although the manufacturer no longer produces spare parts, the Frauenschuh company was able to repair the controls. This saved me from having to completely reinstall the bus control. To process: First contact by email two days later, appointment for repairs within 5 days from the 1st contact I can only warmly recommend this company and at the same time would like to compliment the junior boss!
