★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel Am Dom is a tastefully contemporary boutique hotel located pretty much slap bang in the middle of old Salzburg. It is intimate and impeccably run, with all the amenities you could reasonably expect in a small hotel set in an established old building in the centre of a historic city.
We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and interested. This was our second visit and we look forward to our third.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boutiquehotel am Dom was centrally located in Salzburg, Austria. The staff/owner were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. We happened to be here for our 40th wedding anniversary and they helped us celebrate. A bottle of champagne and flowers were waiting for us at breakfast. It was quite thoughtful. They helped us navigate the surrounding area by showing and giving us a map. The room was small but it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't spend much time in the room anyway because there was so much to see in the area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the middle of it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had room number 102 and were very happy with it. It’s possible higher rooms have a bit more light but we didn’t mind as we were only in the hotel at night anyways. Staff are friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place. Great breakfast as well. Location is also excellent - in pedestrian zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location in the heart of the old town/tourist district. You're not more than a ten minute walk from anything (except the Hbf). Rooms are nice. Very clean. Stylish. Showers are big enough to hold a basketball team. Breakfast is good. Staff and service were perfect. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect but if you are with a car it's a problem since you have to park outside the old city. If we knew we would prefer an hotel on the river bank which is still close but with comftable access to the car. The room was OK. No room for putting the towels. The service was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boutique hotel is in a perfect central location, with very personable and attentive staff. The room was super super clean with all the basic amenities. They were able to call and make reservations on my behalf at the local restaurants, when the online reservation apps didn't have availability. Highly recommend this hotel. If you have a car, there is a slight inconvenience in that you have to park a quarter of a mile away in a parking garage, or closer if possible on the street and walk to the hotel with your items.
