★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Schokolade. Leider sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern im Geschäft und wurden weder begrüßt noch verabschiedet und hatten auch das Gefühl, sehr widerwillig bedient zu werden. Tolles Vorbild für Kinder!
 Very good chocolate. Unfortunately very unfriendly service. I was in the shop with my two children and were not greeted or said goodbye and also felt very reluctant to be served. Great role model for kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passeggiando per la via dello shopping, questa cioccolateria salta subito all’occhio. C’è talmente tanta roba che non sai cosa comprare, anche se i prezzi sono molto alti, ci hanno detto che questa è la migliore cioccolata proveniente dalla Svizzera.
Il personale molto gentile, dopo aver acquistato, ci ha offerto dei cioccolatini.
Non vedo l’ora di tornarci e scofanarmi i pop corn ricoperti di cioccolato!!!
Strolling through the shopping street, this chocolate shop immediately catches the eye. There is so much stuff that you don't know what to buy, even if the prices are very high, we were told that this is the best chocolate from Switzerland.
The very kind staff, after buying, offered us some chocolates.
I can't wait to go back and scofanarmi the popcorn covered in chocolate !!!

Schön gestalteter Store unmittelbar beim Stephansplatz gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und berät gerne und umfassend. Das Sortiment ist umfangreich und breit gefächert. Hier gibt es für jeden Geschmack das passende. Ergänzt wird das Jahressortiment durch Saisonware um passende Schokoladegeschenke das ganze Jahr hindruch weitergeben zu können.
Gelegentlich werden auch Kostproben gereicht.
Eine gute Alternative zum Onlineshop und Postversand von Läderach.
Swiss chocolate in the center of Vienna
Nicely designed store located directly at Stephansplatz. The staff is very attentive and happy to provide comprehensive advice. The range is extensive and diversified. There is something here for every taste. The annual range is supplemented by seasonal goods so that matching chocolate gifts can be passed on throughout the year.
Occasionally, samples are also offered.
A good alternative to the online shop and mailing from Läderach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the store today, it was a bit crowded but the staff was working efficiently.
It's a bit on the pricier side, I paid about 50€ for three items, but as soon as a tried them at home I felt like the rat from Ratatouille. It was easily the best chocolate I have ever tasted. I will most definitely be purchasing again!
