R	Rick Kennst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anruf 7.10. das Ware zum Ausliefern bereit steht. Termin für 9.10. zwischen 10-13uhr, mit 30min vorher anrufen, extra Zeitausgleich genommen. Keine kam, anrufen war umsonst , da hat keiner mehr abgehoben. Am Montag 12.10. wurde man angerufen mit den Worten: Hallo, habe Lieferung für Sie bin in 10min da. Das keiner da ist und man so schnell nicht kann war egal, zum glück war jemand anders in der Nähe den in erreichte um dies entgegegen zu nehmen. Call 7.10. the goods are ready for delivery. Date for 9.10. between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., call 30 minutes in advance, extra time compensation taken. No one came, calling was free, no one picked up again. Monday, October 12th one was called with the words: Hello, I've got delivery for you, I'll be there in 10 minutes. It didn't matter that nobody was there and that you couldn't do it so quickly, luckily someone else was close by to counter this.

Man kann froh sein das es in der heutigen Zeit noch so gute Transport Unternehmen gibt! Dieses Unternehmen achtet eindeutig darauf das Kunden zufrieden sind und rechtzeitig die bestellte Ware erhalten. The first delivery attempt was made without a telephone agreement, after no one was at home, there was no attempt to contact the delivery for 10 days.
V	V. Ingrid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles Unternehmen! Mitarbeiter am Apparat fachlich sehr kompetent ist bei DPD, Ups und sonstigen Transport Unternehmen nicht der Fall. Sogar die Fahrer (was mich persönlich sehr überrascht hat) sind hilfsbereit höflich und machen ihren Job genau so wie es sein sollte. A great company! Employees on the phone are technically very competent at DPD, UPS and other transport companies. Even the drivers (which personally surprised me) are helpful polite and do their job exactly as it should be.
