Nicht nur die kompetente technische Unterstützung sondern auch die Ideen, die während der Planungsphase eingeflossen sind, haben unseren Zubau zu einem echten Juwel werden lassen, das jeden Besucher beeindruckt. Das angebotene Gesamtpaket, das auch die behördlichen Wege und bauliche Umsetzung beinhaltet hat, war für die Abstimmung der einzelnen Gewerke recht hilfreich, was aber trotzdem eine persönliche Einflussnahme in kurzfristige Anpassungen neuer Ideen nicht verhinderte. Für uns war es die beste Entscheidung, die wir diesbezüglich treffen konnten und wir würden uns wieder für einen ALCO-Wintergarten entscheiden. Der Wohlfühlfaktor in unserem Wohnbereich ist um einige 100% gestiegen und das ganz ohne negative Nebenerscheinungen! Familie Hirmann/Wien We have been the proud owners of an ALCO winter garden since October 2012. Not only the competent technical support but also the ideas that have flowed during the planning phase, have made our addition to a real gem that impresses every visitor. The offered package, which also included the official ways and structural implementation, was quite helpful for the coordination of the individual trades, which nevertheless did not prevent a personal influence in short-term adaptations of new ideas. For us it was the best decision we could make in this regard and we would choose another ALCO conservatory again. The feel-good factor in our living area has risen by some 100% and that without any negative side effects! Family Hirmann / Vienna

Die eine oder andere Herausforderung aufgrund der örtlichen Gegebenheiten während der Bauphase wurde vom Team super gelöst. Der Wintergarten ist jetzt mein absoluter Lieblings-Raum! Since the beginning of March, I am the happy owner of a conservatory by ALCO. One or the other challenge due to the local conditions during the construction phase was solved super great by the team. The conservatory is now my absolute favorite space!

Wir haben unseren Traum vom größeren "Lebensraum" mit ALCO verwirklicht und haben nun einen hellen, freundlichen Raum im 1.Stock mit geöffneter Decke zum Dachboden. Ein riesiges Dachflächenfenster und 2 Panoramafenster bieten Ausblick und Sonnenschein. Elektrische Jalousien für unsere Privatsphäre und ein tolles Glasgeländer am Dachboden bringen Funktionalität und optische Qualität. Nicht nur die Pflanzen und Katzen fühlen sich wohl - wir freuen uns über das neue Wohngefühl. Danke ! From consulting to planning to installation a perfect project. We have realized our dream of a larger "living space" with ALCO and now have a bright, friendly room on the 1st floor with an open ceiling to the loft. A huge skylight window and 2 panoramic windows offer views and sunshine. Electric blinds for our privacy and a great glass railing in the attic bring functionality and visual quality. Not only the plants and cats feel good - we are happy about the new feeling of living. Thank you !

Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich dann eine Aussenbeschattung dazu bestellt und bei der Montage wurde auch eine Wartung gemacht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, wie reibungslos das Ganze abgelaufen ist. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen professionell und höflich und am Ende haben die Monteure noch sauber gemacht! Vielen Dank! I've had my conservatory for several years now. It is the brightest room in the house and also the one we use the most. A few weeks ago I then ordered an exterior shading and during the assembly, a maintenance was made. I am very happy with how smoothly the whole thing has gone. All the staff were extremely professional and polite and in the end, the fitters have still cleaned! Many Thanks!

M	Michael Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dachsanierung unseres Wintergartens mit 3 - fach- Glas, neuen Dichtungen und Ergänzung der Sparren und Pfetten wurde von Alco perfekt organisiert und sowohl termintreu als auch qualitativ erstklassig durchgeführt. The roof renovation of our winter garden with triple glass, new seals and the addition of rafters and purlins was perfectly organized by Alco and carried out both on schedule and in top quality.
H	Hmak Mak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A VERY BAD SERVICE. We had a very bad experience with this company. They provided an estimate to which we agreed. Then the responsible person from ALCO mentioned that he has done some errors in the calculations and the estimate has to be revised and the price has to be increased, which we found highly unprofessional. When we objected, they agreed on the original estimate. The company promised us from the very beginning that they will take the permission from Baupolizei. We provided all documents and signatures from other owners, paid fee to Baupolizei. Also we paid Euro 700 as an advance to ALCO. A phone call from ALCO informed us that Baupolizei has not given permission, and we will return 700 Euros. Later they backed out of the promise and deducted 198 Euros, and returned the rest amount. I requested ALCO to send the Baupolizei's decision to us that they have turned down our case. ALCO sent us the layout of the apartment and mentioned that Architect layout is enclosed. The letter from ALCO neither contain Architect's layout nor the decision from Baupolizei. In conclusion, ALCO did not keep promise to return the money in full. Also they provided misleading information that they are providing architect's layout (which is not the case). The report from Baupolizei was also not sent to us. During last approx. 2 months I have sent several reminders, they have not bothered to reply. A bad service indeed!!.
