G	Genaro Pontecagnano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schreckliche Firma & eigentlich keine Spedition. Eher im losen Paketdienst angesiedelt, da diese anscheinend nur kleine Pakete ausliefern, die in den Lieferwagen lose herum fallen. Haben weder Paletten, noch Zurrgurten ect. mit. Selbst nach Anforderung haben diese es nicht geschafft, & mussten 4x anfahren, bis diese es endlich geschafft hatten. Wenn man sich dann ansah, wie der Fahrer eine hochpräzise Maschine mit einem Gurt an der Palette befestigte, wurde einem schlecht. Mit den Papieren nehmen diese es auch nicht so genau, man bekommt nämlich keine, man können sich ja dessen Zettel fotografieren.... Außerdem habe ich noch keine Spedition erlebt, die einfach vor der Tür steht (ohne Terminabgleich), so gesehen war auch eine Fahrt umsonst. Weder ich noch die Auftragsfirma an sich wird diese noch einmal nutzen. Ach ja und wenn der Fahrer vor einem steht, wäre es nicht schlecht, wenn er eine Schutzmaske trägt, mir ist es nämlich absolut egal wenn dieser Covid19 nicht ernst nimmt, sehr wohl aber wenn dieser mich ungeschützt an atmet, oder mir sein Handy in die Hand drücken will, um mit dessen Chef zu telefonieren..... Terrible company & not really a freight forwarder. Rather located in the loose parcel service, since these apparently only deliver small parcels that fall loose in the delivery van. Have neither pallets nor lashing straps ect. With. Even after request they didn't make it & had to drive 4x until they finally made it. When you looked at the driver attaching a high-precision machine to the pallet with a belt, you felt sick. With the papers they don't take it exactly, because you don't get any, you can take a picture of it ... In addition, I have never seen a freight forwarder standing in front of the door (without making an appointment), so a trip was free. Neither me nor the contractor per se will use it again. Oh yes and if the driver is standing in front of you, it would not be bad if he wears a protective mask, because I do not care if the Covid19 does not take it seriously, but very much if he breathes me unprotected, or my cell phone into it Wants to squeeze hand to call his boss .....
B	Barbara Wernitznig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut fassungslos! Zusteller dringte letztens unerlaubter Weise über den Garten auf mein Grundstück und legte das Paket auf der terasse ab. Heute probierte er einfach aus, ob der angrenzende (zugemacht durch eine Tür) nebenraum beim Haus (Abstellraum) offen ist und legt dort die Pakete ab. Nicht nur, dass klar und deutlich bei meinen Kundendaten auf seinem Display erschien, dass der Kunde dem ablegen der Pakete an einem Ort widerspricht, meinte er auch noch er kann nichts dafür, er kann nicht so gut deutsch! Wie kann man sich das recht heraus nehmen, Hausfriedensbruch zu begehen und zu schauen ob die Türen offen sind und dort die Pakete ablegen?! Absolutely stunned! The delivery agent recently rushed through the garden to my property and put the package on the terrace. Not only did it appear clearly in my customer data on his display that the customer objected to the parcels being stored in one place, he also said he couldn't help it, he didn't speak German very well! How can you take it easy, to commit trespassing and to see if the doors are open and put the parcels there ?!

Wegen solchen Transportfirmen werde ich auch zukünftig nicht mehr bei Amazon bestellen. Die Mitarbeiter tun mir leid. I hope that Amazon will terminate the cooperation with this company. I complained a lot to Amazon. Because of such transport companies, I will no longer order from Amazon in the future. I feel sorry for the staff.

Sehr seriös Totally rude lady on the phone, you want to apply to be a driver and the nice lady at the other end of the line just hangs you up! Very serious
S	Sonja Herbersein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ der fahrer hat mit unseren paketen weitschießen über den zaun gespielt und zwei pakete rund 8 meter weit geschossen, obwohl wir zugängliche eine tonne für pakete haben und ein großer hinweis davor hängt. mit der nachbarin hat er sich ein lautstarkes wortgefecht auf der straße geliefert und ihr abschließend den stinkefinger gezeigt. respektlos und abwertend. als ob wir der letzte dreck in unserem land wären und der ausländische fahrer der king! ein unmögliches verhalten!!!!! the driver played long shooting over the fence with our parcels and shot two parcels around 8 meters, although we have an accessible barrel for parcels and a large notice is hanging in front of it. D	Dalkon Tech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht bei der Jobsuche, bei Kündigung droht einem eine Hohe Vertragsstrafe, es wird ohne zu fragen einem das Handy aus der Hand genommen und irgendetwas eingerichtet und die Amazon app deinstalliert weil das so sein muss aber warum genau sagt keiner?! Pakete im Auftrag von Amazon kommen teilweise seitlich aufgeschlitzt (?), gar nicht oder werden irgendwo abgelegt. Das gewohnt hohe Zustellniveau der österreischischen Post wird wohl Amazon etwas wert sein. Diese Firma wollen wir hier nicht mehr sehen. Drivers change constantly, many of them hardly speak German. Parcels on behalf of Amazon sometimes come slit open on the side (?), not at all or are deposited somewhere. The usual high level of delivery of the Austrian Post will probably be worth something to Amazon. We don't want to see this company here anymore.
