Nachdem bei mehreren anderen Firmen der Service schlecht und die Preise überteuert waren, sind wir hier mehr als zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, zuverlässig und kompetent, sowohl im Service am Telefon als auch vor Ort. Ich kann die Firma nur weiterempfehlen! With us, the thermal maintenance is carried out every year by B-Gas. After the service was poor and the prices overpriced at several other companies, we are more than satisfied here. All employees are friendly, reliable and competent, both in terms of service on the phone and on site. I can only recommend the company!

Sehr professionell gearbeitet, sehr freundliches Team und vor allem keine unerwartete Rechnung gestellt, mir wurde gezeigt und genau erklärt was defekt ist und warum. Anruf am Freitag um kurz vor 18:00, der Installateur war innerhalb von 45min da und hat sehr schnell die Therme repariert. Ebenfalls hat er uns Tipps gegeben, wie wir Stromkosten sparen können. Thermal repairs: very serious and professional. Called on Friday just before 6 p.m., the installer was there within 45 minutes and repaired the thermal bath very quickly. He also gave us tips on how we can save on electricity costs.
K	Katharina Schützenhöfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Therme hat Freitag gegen 18 Uhr auf einmal nicht mehr funktioniert und ich war gezwungen einen Notdienst zu rufen. Innerhalb nicht mal einer Stunde war ein sehr kompetenter Handwerker hier, der die Therme schnell wieder zum laufen gebracht hat. Er war sehr freundlich und fachlich top und mir hat auch Tipps zu den Thermeneinstellungen gegeben. Preislich mit 180€ auch vollkommen im Rahmen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei B-Gas einen Installateur buchen. My thermal bath suddenly stopped working around 6 p.m. on Friday and I was forced to call an emergency service. Within less than an hour, a very competent craftsman was here, who quickly got the thermal bath up and running again. He was very friendly and professional and gave me tips on the thermal bath settings. Priced at €180, it's also perfectly reasonable. I would book an installer with B-Gas again at any time.

s	shayan keyhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them to make repairs to my boiler in vienna, at first all good & they went and effectively partly drained the system to restore pressure. Advice was that if this didnt work we needed to make repairs which would cost around 500 euros. As it turned out we needed repairs - the quote came to 1200 euros !!! I then asked them for a quote for replacement & they told me 2500 euros for a unit that on their website is quoted at 2200 euros; elsewhere everyone offers the same unit at 1800-2000... when i questioned whether they could improve on 2500 i was told abruptly thats it - like it or leave it... very poor way of doing business

The technician came and ONLY looked at the boiler then concluded we needed a new sensor, which we agreed upon and that costed a whopping 400 euro. After 1 day it was not working already. Called again, they came again and said we needed to change the whole electrical part, again, after JUST LOOKING at the boiler, he didn't even open it to check if there was something else and was asking for 600 euros or if we want to change it, it would be 2000 euros. Called another company, they came and only cleaned the boiler and that solved everything, and I paid a lot less. They are only looking at scamming people and don't care for taking care or their clients or doing any valuable work. Look for another company.
