Manchmal frage ich mich was der Herr dort macht, er geht nur herum und wenn man schon so oft bei ihm war geht er einen nur an. FRECHHEIT The "employee" wrote the wrong address ... Gott sei Dank habe ich jetzt mit BAWAG nichts mehr zu tun. Could not or did not want to open 2 passbooks and transfer them to an account. What customer service. Thank goodness I have nothing to do with BAWAG anymore.
A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich benutze nur die Automaten. Bank Angestellte sehr unfreundlich. Sehr unwillig wenn sich die Älteren Kunden nicht auskennen und Hilfe benötigen bei den Automaten. An akter Herr hat um Hilfe gebeten weil er dachte er hätte die Muete 2 Mal abgebucht. Die Antwort des Bankangestellten eine männliche Person war. Ihnen ist nicht zu helfen. Rufen sie Wr. Wihnen an und fordern sie ihr Geld zurück. So etwas geht gar nicht. Erst als ich dem alten Herren zu hilfe eilte und lautstark gegen dieses Verhalten protestiert habe, hat sich der Herr Bankangestellte wiederwillig an seinen Job gemacht. Der alte Mann war mir sehr dankbar das ich bei ihm geblieben bin bis alles erledigt war. Dies ist kein Einzelfall in dieser sogenannten Filiale. Sorry das musste mal aus mir raus. Könnte schon ein Buch über die Filiake im DZ schreiben. ????? I only use the machines. Bank employees very rude. Very reluctant when the older customers do not know their way around and need help with the machines. An act gentleman asked for help because he thought he had debited the Muete 2 times. The answer from the bank clerk was a male person. You cannot be helped. Call Wr. Know and ask for your money back. Something like that doesn't work at all. B	Brigitte Ranocha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute dort, um ebanking zum ersten Mal zu aktivieren. Der Mitarbeiter war genervt und unfreundlich. Hat mir auch fast nichts erklärt. Am Ende einen Zettel in die Hand gedrückt, mit dem Code. Es funktioniert aber nicht und ich kenne mich nicht aus. Dazu hab ich extra einen Termin gemacht, eine Woche gewartet und bin eine Stunde gefahren, weil alle Filialen in Aspern und Stadlau geschlossen wurden. Juni. 2021 - 13 Uhr. ) als Mitarbeiterin am Schalter, die Filiale der Bawag P.S.K repräsentiert hat, war der Inbegriff von Inkompetenz: Unfreundlich, desinteressiert und abwertend. Für mich ein Grund nun die Bank zu wechseln. Wie kann man sowas auf die Menschheit los lassen ? Sowas hat nichts mit Serviceleistung zu tun. Verzeihen Sie meine Wortwahl, aber so wird auch bei Ihnen mit Kunden umgegangen: Total Respektlos. Nun sagen Sie mir, wie fühlt sich sowas an ? The mischief (an old lady) who represented the branch of Bawag P.S.K today (June 22, 2021 - 1 p.m.) as an employee at the counter, was the epitome of incompetence: unfriendly, disinterested and disparaging. A reason for me to change the bank now. How can you let that go on humanity? Something like that has nothing to do with service.
