★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called ahead if a specific slipper is available, they said "yes" and when i got there (and after i had queued for 45 minutes due to Covid regulations, which is not their fault) the shoe was not available and the staff was not very helpful und couldn't come up with an explanation for their misinformation. what a waste of time.
