C	Costel Turbatu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ecco has become my favorite shoe brand since some years ago. They have the most comfortable shoes. I've own a lot of Ecco shoes and all of them are great. Recently I was few days in Wien and bought a pair of shoes from the Ecco Store which is located on the town center. I tried them in the store and they seemed ok. When I arrive home I walk a little bit with them and they squeaking on the floor. The next day I went to return them on the same Ecco store but the seller didn't want to receive them because the store policy does not give the money back but only a gift card which is valid only in Austria. I tried to explain that I cannot use the gift card, because the next day I have to go back to my country but he refused me. After I showed him the return policy on the website, he agreed to return them and said: -"Ok, I will make an exception for you" Seriously?

E	Ethan Clarey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting an Ecco have purchased 7 different pairs in the past 6 years, I enter the store with the incorrect mask not knowing being from out of the country and get threatened by the associate that if I don't put on the correct mask she will call the police and I can pay the fine... didn't offer me a correct mask to take or even buy. I won't be purchasing another pair of eccos again.
