S	Sabrina Panholzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Beratung miserabel. War dort für die ersten Lauflernschuhe.... Glaub die hat keine 5 Minuten gedauert... Fuss wurde nur optisch begutachtet und gesagt er hat schmale füsse. sie meinte da gibts nur Richter Schuhe sonst nichts... Hab dann nicht passende Schuhe verkauft bekommen diese ich ein paar tage später wieder retour gebracht habe... Leider gibt's da nur eine Gutschrift und kein Geld zurück was much noch mehr ärgert weil ich dann irgendwann gezwungen bin dort schuhe zu kaufen... War ein paar Tage später in einem anderen schuhhaus.. Beratung hat dort fast eine Stunde gedauert... Kind hatte auch mittlere füsse keine schmalen und sogar 2 unterschiedliche schuhgeössen...beim schuhhaus zur Oper würde auch nur 1 fuss gemessen.... In dem anderen Geschäft wurden mir auch verschiedene für mein Kind passende Marken gezeigt und probiert (Ricosta, Naturino, usw)... Also wars auch Schwachsinn dass mein Kind NUR Richter Schuhe tragen kann. Also im Nachhinein gesehen war die Beratung echt schlecht und falsch. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen... Sitze jetzt unnötig auf einem €65 Gutschein Unfortunately, the advice was poor. Was there for the first first walkers .... I think it took less than 5 minutes ... Foot was only visually examined and said he has narrow feet. She said there were only Richter shoes and nothing else ... Then I sold shoes that didn't fit, and I brought them back a few days later ... Unfortunately there is only one credit and no money back, which annoys me even more at some point I am forced to buy shoes there ... Was in another shoe store a few days later .. The consultation lasted almost an hour there ... Child also had medium feet, no narrow and even 2 different shoe sizes ... at the shoe store for the opera, only 1 foot would be measured .... In the other shop, I was shown and tried different brands suitable for my child (Ricosta, Naturino, etc.) ... So it was nonsense that my child can ONLY wear Richter shoes. In retrospect, the advice was really bad and wrong. I can't recommend it ... I am now sitting unnecessarily on a € 65 voucher

Perfekte Beratung - bei Kindern ist die kompetente Beratung entscheidend! - und super Service! Die Qualität der Schuhe ist auch sehr gut! Absolute Empfehlung! My daughters are now 11 and 8 years old and we actually bought almost all shoes here! Perfect advice - competent advice is crucial for children! - and great service! The quality of the shoes is also very good! Absolute recommendation!

Bisher immer zufrieden - auch bei einer Beanstandung (Sohle von beiden Schuhen hat sich abgelöst) super reagiert - Schuhe sofort ausgetauscht! We have been buying shoes for our three children here for years. Always great advice. So far always satisfied - even in the event of a complaint (sole of both shoes has come off) responded super - shoes exchanged immediately!

Die Auswahl für 12 jährige gleicht an Kindergartenschuhe. Hier werde ich keine Schuhe kaufen. Very unfriendly and incompetent employee! If you don't like the shoe, she gets offended.
