Sie funktioniert sehr gut, sowohl bei Stromabschaltung als auch wenn ein/e Mitarbeiter/in vergisst diese abzuschalten erhalte ich sofort einen Anruf der 24 Stunden Notrufzentrale. I have had a BioFive alarm system for over a year now. In the beginning, the system was not set up correctly - but this was quickly remedied. It works very well, both when the power is switched off and when an employee forgets to switch it off, I immediately receive a call from the 24-hour emergency call center.

Persönliche Ansprache hat perfekt funktioniert und die gewünschte Wirkung erzielt. We had uninvited "visitors" at night. We left quickly, no damage to the office, voice recording for the police was helpful. Personal approach worked perfectly and achieved the desired effect.

Der Termin und die damit verbundene Zeit wurde vorab durch eine nette Dame per Telefon angekündigt. Vorort konnte ich eine kostenlose Sicherheitsanalyse durchführen und weiß somit Bescheid, was mich eine rund-um-die-Uhr Alarmanlage pro Monat kosten würde. Das Gespräch war weder aufdringlich noch unnötig in die Länge gezogen. Ich habe mich zwar vorerst noch nicht für die angebotene Leistung entschieden, aber wenn ich ein System in Anspruch nehme, dann bestimmt das über die Fa. BIO5. Macht einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck. Last week I had a great conversation with an employee of the company BIO5. The appointment and the associated time was announced in advance by a nice lady by phone. I was able to carry out a free security analysis on site and therefore know what a 24-hour alarm system would cost me per month. The conversation was neither intrusive nor unnecessarily prolonged. I haven't yet decided on the service offered, but when I use a system, it's decided by the BIO5 company. Makes a very competent impression.
