Mir wurden für einen Wechsel der Batterien bei meiner Alarmanlage, wobei 2 Männer gekommen sind die zusammen 1/2 Stunde gearbeitet haben, €681,96 berechnet, davon Fahrtpauschale von Salzburg nach Gries im Pinzgau (ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt) €391,20, was extrem überhöht ist. Mir wurde nicht gesagt, dass jemand extra herein fahren muss und was das kosten würde, ansonsten hätte ich meinen Sohn gebeten die Batterien zu wechseln. I can only warn you to order a technician from this company without first requesting a written cost offer. I was charged € 681.96 for changing the batteries at my alarm system, where 2 men came who worked together for 1/2 hour, including a flat rate of € 391.20 from Salzburg to Gries im Pinzgau (approx. 1 hour drive) , which is extremely inflated. I was not told that someone had to drive in specially and what that would cost, otherwise I would have asked my son to change the batteries.

Mehr von unserem Fall werden sie bald in der Zeitung sehen ! Ich kann leider nur von dieser Firma warnen! Egal ob als Arbeitgeber oder als beauftragte Firma !! Finanzbetrug, Überstunden werden nicht richtig bezahlt oder gar komplett vergessen , man wird belästigt am privaten telefon wenn jemand ausgällt (oftmals um 5 in der früh)! Niedriger Lohn , viele Überstunden & in der Freizeit Anrufe , zwecks Arbeiten ! Aber der Gipfel am ersten kein Lohn am Konto, auf Nachfrage: Antwort: wir haben Sie übersehen !!!Es ist wie in vielen Firmen die wenig Zahlen: Ab der ersten Etage wird der Rahm ausgeschenkt & das Bodenpersonal bekommt die Molke ! Somit :❗❗Nicht zu Empfehlen ❗❗ The work itself & the simple employees are not bad, the rest just a facade! Low wages, a lot of overtime & free calls to work! But the summit on the first no wages in the account, on request: Answer: we overlooked you !!! It's like in many companies the few numbers: the cream is served from the first floor & the ground staff gets the whey! Thus: ❗❗Not to be recommended ❗❗

A	Austria Wedding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetent und unprofessionell! Wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht worden, denn uns wurde ein absolut inkompetentes Personal geschickt. Zum ersten waren es nur zwei statt vereinbarten drei Personen. Die zwei Mitarbeiter kamen fast eine Stunde (!) zu spät, weil sie aus unerklärlichen Gründen zu einer falschen Location gefahren sind. Wir mussten den großen Andrang am Eingang zu Beginn komplett alleine regeln!! Der ÖWD war nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Die zwei Mitarbeiter waren unhöflich zu den Besuchern und unseren Anweisungen wurde nicht Folge geleistet – weder hinsichtlich Besucherinformation noch hinsichtlich Covid-19-Kontrollen. Alles wurde nur milde belächelt. Einer der beiden Mitarbeiter mussten wir sogar erklären, was eine Registrierungspflicht ist – sie hatte absolut keine Ahnung davon! In Zeiten von Corona und den dazugehörigen Kontrollen ein absolutes No-Go. Schlussendlich wurden viel mehr Stunden in Rechnung gestellt, als das Personal überhaupt vor Ort war. Auf unsere telefonische Forderung nach Richtigstellung der Rechnung plus Rabatt für den Ärger kam immer nur, "Entschuldigung, wir kümmern uns sofort darum". Wochen später kam dann mal eine neue Rechnung, allerdings wieder nicht so wie vereinbart. Wir warten heute, 3 Monate nach der Veranstaltung, noch immer auf die Richtigstellung und werden nach wie vor ständig am Telefon vertröstet. Absolut unprofessionell! Incompetent and unprofessional! Unfortunately, we were very disappointed because we were sent an absolutely incompetent staff. First, there were only two people instead of the agreed three. The two employees were almost an hour (!) Late because, for some inexplicable reason, they had driven to the wrong location. At the beginning we had to manage the large rush at the entrance completely by ourselves! The ÖWD could not be reached by phone. The two employees were rude to the visitors and our instructions were not followed - neither with regard to visitor information nor with regard to Covid-19 controls. Everything was only mildly ridiculed. We even had to explain to one of the two employees what a registration requirement is - she had absolutely no idea about it! An absolute no-go in times of Corona and the associated controls. In the end, a lot more hours were billed than the staff was actually on site. When we called for a correction of the invoice plus a discount for the trouble, the only answer was, "Sorry, we will take care of it immediately". A new invoice came weeks later, but again not as agreed. Today, 3 months after the event, we are still waiting for the correction and are still constantly being put off on the phone. Absolutely unprofessional!
