Die Batterie des Schlosses war leer. Ich hätte so ein Notstromgerät des Herstellers benötigt, weshalb ich dieses Geschäft aufsuchte. Ok gut, es war Freitag 14:50 Uhr, zehn Minuten vor Geschäftsschluss und der Verkäufer meinte, in der „Elektronik“ sei keiner mehr hier. Ich sollte Montag wieder kommen. Ich sagte ihm, Montag könnte ich leider nicht kommen, ob er sich nicht meine Nummer notieren und mich anrufen könne, sobald er näheres wisse. Das hat ihn offenbar wenig interessiert, da er mir wieder sagte, dass in der „Elektronik“ niemand mehr sei und ich Montag kommen müsste. Toller Service, der hier geboten wird, vor allem wenn man eigentlich in einer Notlage ist. Unfortunately I experienced very bad service. Locked myself out of the apartment with a newfangled electronic door lock. The lock's battery was dead. I would have needed such an emergency power supply from the manufacturer, which is why I went to this shop. Okay, it was Friday 2:50 p.m., ten minutes before closing time, and the seller said there was nobody in the “electronics” area anymore. I should come back on Monday. I told him, unfortunately I couldn't come Monday, whether he could write down my number and call me as soon as he knew more. He was obviously not interested in that, because he told me again that there was nobody in “electronics” anymore and that I had to come on Monday. Great service that is offered here, especially when you are actually in an emergency.
