Mittlerweile kurze Antwort bekommen dann nach dem nach der Rechnungsnummer gefragt wurde bis jz keine Antwort mehr! (Trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen wieder keine Antwort) Erst Email wurde im August von mir verfasst bis jetzt Ende November keine schlüssige Antwort geschweigeden eine Lösung! Finde es schade das mann so mit Langjährigen Kunden umgeht. Werde und kann Blond & Braun nicht mehr empfehlen! Da dieser Umgang Respektlos ist. I still try this way because unfortunately my email is not answered and I am not called back! In the meantime I got a short answer after asking for the invoice number until jz no more answer! (Despite repeated inquiries again no answer) First email was written by me in August until now at the end of November no conclusive answer let alone a solution! I think it's a shame that you deal with long-term customers like that. Will and can no longer recommend Blond & Braun! Because this approach is disrespectful.

Nach mehrmaliger Rücksprache kamen immer nur Ausreden. Ich habe weder die ausständige Waren noch das Geld zurückerhalten. I would never order anything from this company again. I paid for the goods in advance. Unfortunately not everything was delivered. After consulting several times, there were always excuses. I have not received the outstanding goods or the money back.

We were accepted straight away without an appointment and after half an hour we found the right wig. The employee was very competent and responded to my grandmother's wishes.
