In diesem Geschäft wird man als Kunde noch ernst genommen und es wird auf jeden Kundenwunsch eingegangen bzw. es werden alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Man sieht das hier alle mit Begeisterung ihre Arbeit ausüben. ........weiter so????? If you want to buy a bike or accessories you have to walk to "BIMATO". Very friendly and competent advice. In this business, you are taken seriously as a customer and every customer request is met or all expectations are exceeded. You can see that everyone is doing their job with enthusiasm. ........ keep it up

In keiner Situation hat man das Gefühl, dass einem etwas "aufgeschwatzt" wird und das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. So sehr, dass wir unsere zwei neuen E-MTB bei bimato gekauft haben. Wir haben einfach das Gefühl, im Fall der Fälle einen kompetenten Partner an unserer Seite zu haben - bei einer Gesamtinvestition von über Euro 8.000,00 kein unwesentlicher Aspekt für uns. Zwar gibt es wo anders sicher höhere Rabatte aber das ist für uns nicht das ausschlaggebende Kriterium da sich gute Beratung und Betreuung langfristig auf jeden Fall rechnet. You have to bring a little time with you - but if you were given advice yourself, you also know why. Everything you experience is hand and foot. In no situation do you have the feeling that something is "gossiped" and we really appreciate that. So much so that we bought our two new E-MTBs from bimato. We simply have the feeling that we have a competent partner at our side in the worst case scenario - with a total investment of over EUR 8,000.00 this is not an insignificant aspect for us. There are certainly higher discounts elsewhere, but that is not the decisive criterion for us, since good advice and support will definitely pay off in the long term.

Der Chef hat gesagt, jetzt hast du ein neues Bike und schon wieder nicht bei uns gekauft! Jetzt kannst du gleich wieder gehen. Ich gehe jetzt niewieder zum bimato. So unfreundlich und arrogant. I bought a bike on wanted and wanted spare parts for it. The boss said you now have a new bike and again you haven't bought it from us! Now you can go right away. I'm not going to the bimato again. So rude and arrogant.

I	Iris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein absolut arroganter Inhaber und absolut unfreundlich zu den Kunden. Wie sich so ein Geschäft halten kann ist mir ein absolutes Rätsel!!! Ich habe ein Fahrrad für meine Tochter gekauft und dachte bei der Kasse es hätte einen Kratzer, darauf hin sagte er "wer schon so anfängt, dem verkauf ich kein Fahrrad" und stellte es weg. Bei einem komplett neuem Fahrrad um fast 400 Euro darf man ja wohl noch davon ausgehen, dass es unbeschädigt ist. Darauf hin sagte er noch was ich überhaupt will, es sei eh nur ein Kinderspielzeug. Wenn ich es nicht ganz dringend zum Geburtstag gebraucht hätte, wäre ich ohne Kauf wieder gefahren - dies war jedoch mein erster und letzter Besuch bei Bimato!! Die dort arbeitenden Damen würde ich volle 5 Sterne geben, sehr freundlich und bemüht! An absolutely arrogant owner and absolutely rude to customers. How such a business can hold up is an absolute mystery to me! I bought a bike for my daughter and thought at the checkout it had a scratch, he said "if you start like that, I won't sell you a bike" and put it away. With a completely new bike for almost 400 euros you can still assume that it is undamaged. Then he said what I even want, it was just a children's toy anyway. If I hadn't really needed it for my birthday, I would have gone again without buying it - but this was my first and last visit to Bimato !! I would give the women who work there full 5 stars, very friendly and hard-working!
