Das ist was ein Kunde braucht und schätzt . Danke , da nimmt man den Weg nach Linz mit Freude in Kauf . For a short time now they have been receiving excellent advice and service again. Leider gab es ein technisches Problem mit der gekauften Ware welches ich erst zu Hause bemerkte, die aber dann anstandslos zurückgenommen wurde. Die Wartezeit von 2-3 Wochen (ich nehme an zur Reparatur) erscheint mir sehr lange, da ein brandneues Produkt sofort gegen ein anderes, einwandfrei funktionierendes ausgetauscht werden müsste. SCHADE! ? 13.11.20 Nachdem die gekaufte Ware leider nicht mehr zu reparieren war und in der gewünschten Farbe auch nicht mehr erhältlich, wurde mir das Produkt anstandslos umgetauscht und der Differenzbetrag in BAR zurrückerstattet. Perfekt und ausgesprochen Kundenfreundlich! Dafür gibt's jetzt mit Freuden 4 Sterne! ?? (der 5e ist leider der langen Wartezeit zum Opfer gefallen) I was served very kindly and the business is well sorted. Unfortunately, there was a technical problem with the purchased goods which I only noticed at home, but which was then taken back without any problems. The waiting time of 2-3 weeks (I assume for repairs) seems very long to me, as a brand new product would have to be replaced immediately with another, perfectly functioning one. TOO BAD! ? 11/13/20 After the purchased goods could no longer be repaired and no longer available in the desired color, the product was exchanged for me without any problems and the difference was refunded in CASH. Perfect and extremely customer-friendly! For that there are now 4 stars with pleasure! ?? (unfortunately the 5e fell victim to the long waiting time)

Dachte nicht, dass ich jemals ein Jagdgeschäft besuchen würde. Wurde sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich empfangen und beraten. Wahrscheinlich werden wir noch eine weitere Wildkamera anschaffen, da wir im Garten viele Tiere haben . Vor allem die Igeln nachts zu beobachten ist eine wahre Freude. Diesbezüglich komme ich gerne wieder in dieses Geschäft. Danke für die Beratung u. die Tipps! 5 Stars *** Was in this business for the first time for advice to adjust our (newly acquired) game camera (I hunt with the cam and I'm not a hunter). Didn't think I would ever visit a hunting shop. Was received and advised in a very helpful and friendly manner. We will probably buy another game camera as we have a lot of animals in the garden. Especially watching the hedgehogs at night is a real pleasure. In this regard, I am happy to come back to this business. Thanks for the advice and tips!

Wartezeit ist nicht zu lange, Pakete werden innerhalb von zwei, drei Tagen nach der Bestellung versandt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, werde beim nächsten Mal wieder bei Kettner bestellen! So far I can only report good things, have now ordered for the second time and I am very satisfied with the process. Waiting time is not too long, packages are dispatched within two or three days of ordering. I can only recommend it, will order from Kettner again next time!
