M	Michaela Resinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Arbeit, ich komme sicher wieder. Der Auftrag wurde blitzschnell und zur vollständigen Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Die Ware sollte in der Zeit des Lockdown per Post verschickt werden und kam nicht an. Meine telefonische Rückmeldung wurde dahingehend beantwortet, dass ich bereits nach 36 Stunden die Info bekommen habe, dass ich die Bestellung im Zentrum Simmering abholen kann und dafür keine Kosten anfallen. Die Artikel sind am selben Abend noch sehr gut angekommen bei den beiden Empfängern und ich stand nicht mit leeren Händen da. Tags darauf bequemte sich die Post dazu die ursprüngliche Sendung zuzustellen. Auf meine E-Mail wie wir das nun handhaben sollen, erhielt ich von Bildermacher die Info, das sei ein Weihnachtsgeschenk und ich solle mich daran freuen und gesund bleiben. Besseres Service gibt es nicht. Danke ihr lieben, schöne Feiertage und wir sehen uns sicher wieder. ? Very friendly staff, very good job, I'll be back for sure. The job was completed quickly and to full satisfaction. The goods were supposed to be sent by post during the lockdown period and did not arrive. My telephone response was answered to the effect that after 36 hours I received the information that I can pick up the order in the Simmering center and that there are no costs for it. The items were still very well received by the two recipients on the same evening and I was not left empty-handed. The following day, Swiss Post made the effort to deliver the original shipment. In response to my e-mail about how we should handle this, I received the information from Bildermacher that this was a Christmas present and that I should be happy about it and stay healthy. There is no better service. Thank you dear ones, happy holidays and we'll see you again for sure. ?
S	Son Goku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ältere Dame die da arbeitet ist das Letzte. Sehr unsympathisch und irgendwie auch frech. Wollten einen Passfoto für meinen kleinen machen und hab Ihr gesagt möchte den Bild gerne ansehen. Es war das erste Passfoto für meinen Kleinen. Sie druckte das Foto ohne es zu zeigen und sagte ja bitte es macht soviel Euro. Hab denoch die Fotos gekauft. Ich würde euch den Hartlauer empfehlen die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und Grüßen auch gleich alles schnell und einfach haben sogar die Fotos gezeigt was mir gefällt. Aber der Bildermacher no go The older lady who works there is the last. Very unsympathetic and somehow also cheeky. Wanted to take a passport photo for my little one and I said you'd like to see the picture. It was the first passport photo for my little one. She printed the photo without showing it and said yes, please, it makes so much euros. Still bought the photos. I would recommend the Hartlauer to you, the employees are all very nice and greetings, everything is quick and easy, even the photos have shown what I like. But the picture maker no go

N	Nicht von Bedeutung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schreckliche Passfotos! Nein, es liegt nicht an mit. ;-) Werden vorher nicht mal gezeigt, ob man damit einverstanden ist. Jeder Automat macht bessere Fotos. Ansonsten gibts dort überteuerte Kitschware (Bedruckte Kisse, Tassen,...) Terrible passport photos! No, it's not up to me. ;-) Are not even shown beforehand whether you agree with it. Every machine takes better photos. Otherwise there are overpriced kitsch goods (printed pillows, cups,...)
