1. Mal falsche Informationen gegeben, 2. Mal wieder andere falsche Infos und Kundenwünsche wurde nicht durchgeführt wie versprochen.
 unfriendly employee, incompetent service.
First time wrong information was given, second time other wrong information and customer requests were not carried out as promised.

5 stars for Mr. Zanin. Top advice and very friendly! Best service! It's a pity that not several Magenta employees have this level, that would have saved me a lot of nerves!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann man auch null Sterne vergeben? Mitarbeiter komplett überfordert. Hat 2 Mal um Hilfe telefoniert. Er kennt sich nicht aus, sagt er... Sucht planlos im Computer obwohl alles vor ihm auf einen Zettel steht!??? Von der Maskenpflicht rede ich jetzt garnicht ??
Can you also give zero stars? Employees completely overwhelmed. Called 2 times for help. He doesn't know his way around, he says... Searches the computer without a plan, although everything is on a piece of paper in front of him!??? I'm not even talking about the mask requirement ??
