 No long waiting times, no picking up tickets, very competent and customer-oriented advice, I have become a 3 customer in and through this 3shop and can only recommend this service even if 3 is no longer a cheap provider itself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte, wie mit der 3-Kundenhotline vereinbart, ein Gerät zurück geben und den Internet-Vertrag kündigen und hatte 20 Minuten gewartet. Mir wurde lang erklärt, dass dies eigentlich nur ein 3-Partnershop sei und mir daher nicht geholfen werden konnte. Ich musste im Shop selbst bei der 3-Hotline anrufen, um das Problem zu lösen. Das dies nur ein Partnershop ist, ist weder im Internet noch im Shop zu erkennen.
As agreed with the 3 customer hotline, I wanted to return a device and cancel the Internet contract and had waited 20 minutes. It was explained to me for a long time that this was actually only a 3-partner shop and therefore could not be helped. I had to call the 3 hotline in the shop myself to solve the problem. That this is only a partner shop cannot be seen either on the internet or in the shop.
