R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz ehrlich ist der staff schon respektvoll aber für dem was man bekommt ist es schon ziemlich überteuert, ich hatte einen asymetrichen Bob und wollte dann einen symetrischen haben, der einziege unterschied was, dass ich einen kürzeren Bob bekommen habe und und eine suite was noch immer länger, was ich im moment nicht gesehen habe also, kann ich vollkommen empfehlen. ? To be honest, the staff is already respectful but for what you get it is pretty overpriced, I had an asymmetrical bob and then wanted a symmetrical one, the only difference was that I got a shorter bob and a suite what still longer, which I haven't seen at the moment, I can totally recommend it. ?

ZusätzlichParkmöglichkeiten im EKZ und man muss mit der neuen Frisur nicht gleich in Wind und Regen ☺ Satisfied customer for decades. No waiting times, great service, everyone was very nice and hard-working and my hairdresser Kathi is just great! Additional parking options in the shopping center and with the new hairstyle you don't have to go out into the wind and rain ☺

Ein gutes Gefühl! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es gibt Kaffee oder Wasser, ich kam pünktlich und musste nicht warten. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen! This is a really good hair salon. I finally got my dream haircut there. The hairstyle is perfect even after washing your hair at home. Feel good! The staff is very friendly, there is coffee or water, I arrived on time and didn't have to wait. I will come back for sure!

Aber dass dann Mitarbeiterinnen mit zum Kinn runtergezogenem Mund- und Nasenschutz Kundinnen ohne jeglichen Schutz bedienen, ist in der aktuellen Situation nicht akzeptabel. Und schon gar nicht, dass man unfreundlich angeschnauzt wird, wenn man höflich und in ruhigem Ton darauf hinweißt. Aber es war nicht das erste Mal, dass diese Mitarbeiterin ungut aufgefallen ist. Zum Schluss aber noch Lob für Mitarbeiterin Siri. Wie gewohnt sehr freundlich und handwerklich tadellos. I can still understand that you have to have your hair washed in times of Corona. But the fact that employees with mouth and nose protection pulled down to their chin then serve customers without any protection is not acceptable in the current situation. And certainly not that you get snapped at in an unfriendly manner if you point it out politely and in a calm tone. But it wasn't the first time that this employee attracted attention. Finally, I should like to praise Siri. As usual, very friendly and technically flawless.
