C	Christina M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein dickes + für die Werkstatt, hatte mein Rad beim Service, bin 2x gefahren und habe es einmal im Auto verstaut. Bin wieder vorstellig geworden, da die Schaltung nicht funktionierte. Wurde sofort gerichtet und darüber informiert, dass mein Schaltauge verbogen war, das is dann sehr wahrscheinlich beim Transport geschehen. Obwohl es offensichtlich mein Fehler war, wurde der kurze Einsatz in der Werkstatt nicht verrechnet, das nenne ich Kundenservice. Mein nächster Service sicherlich wieder dort. :) A big + for the workshop, had my bike at the service, rode it twice and stowed it in the car once. I came back because the circuit didn't work. Was directed immediately and informed that my derailleur hanger was bent, which then very likely happened during transport. Although it was obviously my mistake, the short service in the workshop was not offset, that's what I call customer service. My next service will definitely be there again. :)

Ein teures E-Bike wurde zur Ansicht bestellt (leider nicht in der besprochenen Farbe, aber dann trotzdem gekauft). Es wurde auch nicht auf den Fahrer eingestellt (was DER Vorteil eines Fachhändlers sein sollte) und ist vom Service somit vergleichbar mit einem Kauf beim Diskonter. Nur teurer. Kind, yes. Helpful on request (transport of the bike into the car). Competence depends on the seller. An expensive e-bike was ordered for inspection (unfortunately not in the color discussed, but then bought anyway). It was also not adjusted to the driver (which should be THE advantage of a specialist dealer) and is therefore comparable in terms of service to a purchase from a discount store. Just more expensive.

(schwarz gelbes Trikot, in der Eferdinger Gegend) bei solchen Leuten sollte man nicht einkaufen! Am today for a 4Sports MTB driver and wife been groundless grounded! (black yellow jersey, in the Eferdinger area) You should not shop with such people!
