Bei diesem Service wurde mir vom Werkstättenmeister gesagt der Öl-Wechsel ist noch nicht von nöten ( ~4000km waren noch übrig). Wieder einen neuen Termin ausgemacht für den Öl-Wechsel. Den Serviceintervall konnte man mir aber jedoch nicht rückstellen und mir wurde gesagt ich soll nach meinem Urlaub vorbeischauen und sie stellen es zurück. Nach dem Öl-Wechsel fuhr ich nachhause und mir fiel auf dass der Ölstand zu niedrig ist. Und fuhr erneut hin um mir den fehlenden Liter Öl nachfüllen zu lassen. Nach meinem Urlaub fuhr ich wie besprochen wieder zu der Werkstatt und sie versuchten mir vergeblich es zu korrigieren. Als Belohnung wurde mir bei meinem Auto die Stoßstange, das Blech über den Radkasten und zwei Felgen beschädigt. Und der Intervall konnte auch nicht zurück gestellt werden. Ich muss dazu sagen die Damen am Schalter und der Herr der diesen Fall bearbeitet sind Höflich. Dass ich die Werkstatt nicht mehr nutzen werde ist hoffentlich klar, da auch die Aussage von dem Mitarbeiter der den Öl-Service durchgeführt hat auch dazu beigetragen hat. I have registered my car for an annual service. During this service I was told by the workshop foreman that there was no need to change the oil (~ 4000km were left). Another appointment made for the oil change. However, the service interval could not be reset and I was told to stop by after my vacation and they reset it. After changing the oil, I drove home and noticed that the oil level was too low. And drove there again to have the missing liter of oil refilled. After my vacation I drove back to the workshop as discussed and they tried in vain to correct it. As a reward, the bumper, the sheet metal over the wheel arch and two rims of my car were damaged. And the interval could not be set back either. I have to say the ladies at the counter and the man who handles this case are polite. Hopefully it is clear that I will no longer use the workshop, as the statement made by the employee who carried out the oil service also contributed to this.
C	Christof Graf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abzocke pur! Tochter wollte Pickerl machen, laut Forstinger ist Bremsflüssigkeit zu wechseln. Laut anderen Werkstätten war diese aber völlig in Ordnung. Dieses Vorgehen scheint bei Forstinger (leider) gängige Praxis zu sein! Werden dort bestimmt nicht mehr hinfahren. Pure rip off! Daughter wanted to make stickers, according to Forstinger, brake fluid needs to be changed. According to other workshops, this was completely fine. This procedure seems to be (unfortunately) common practice at Forstinger! Definitely won't be going there again.

Super great advice. Unfortunately not enough staff. The one who advised us (took a little longer) had to go away again and again because someone else had questions.

Habe meinen Termin fürs Pickerl beim Auto bei denen gemacht und als ich dort war zur Überprüfung stellten diese fest, dass meine Bremsflüssigkeit gewechselt gehört. Ok kann vorkommen kein proplem! Als ich dann bei meiner Werkstatt des Vertrauens war hatt dieser dann festgestellt, dass die Bremsflüssigkeit definitiv i.O ist und hatt diese auch mit einem dafür vorgesehenen Messgerät gemessen. Kann jetzt nochmals zur Überprüfung hinfahren und nochmals was zahlen obwohl die Bremsflüssigkeit in Ordnung war! Davon abgesehen wie zeitaufwendig das ganze ist! Richtige abzocker bodenlose Frechheit meiner meinung! So I personally think that this shop is not a specialist workshop! I made my car pick up appointment with them and when I went there to check they found that my brake fluid needed to be changed. Ok can happen no problem! When I went to my trusted workshop, he found out that the brake fluid was definitely OK and also measured it with a measuring device provided for this purpose. Can now go back to have it checked and pay again even though the brake fluid was fine! Not to mention how time consuming it is! Correct rip-off bottomless cheek in my opinion!
