Folgende Fakten: komplett funktionstüchtiges Moped wurde aufgrund eines Privatverkaufes zu dieser Werkstatt mit der Bitte um ein Service gestellt. Nach dem Service € 175 (Service) funktionierte das Gas nicht mehr einwandfrei, nach nochmaliger Bitte, sich das anzuschauen wurde ohne Kostenvoranschlag eine Reparatur durchgeführt: € 570 (1. Reparatur). Nach dieser Reparatur lies sich das Moped nicht mehr starten. Aussage „Fachwerkstätte“: wahrscheinlich gehört der Vergaser gereinigt, ca. 125 Euro. (2. Reparatur) Somit in Summe 870 Euro für ein 2000 Euro-Moped bezahlt. Die Werkstatt verlangte die volle Summe !!!, kein Gespräch von Ihrer Seite möglich. Wirklich nette und kompetente Kerle dort !! Be careful with repair orders without a cost estimate !!! The following facts: a fully functional moped was sent to this workshop as a result of a private sale with a request for service. After the service € 175 (service) the gas no longer worked properly, after another request to have a look, a repair was carried out without a cost estimate: € 570 (1st repair). After this repair, the moped could no longer be started. Statement “specialist workshop”: the carburetor probably belongs cleaned, approx. 125 euros. (2nd repair) So a total of 870 euros was paid for a 2000 euros moped. The workshop demanded the full amount !!!, no conversation from your side possible. Really nice and competent guys there !!

Mit dem Verkäufer wurde mündlich vereinbart,wenn wir es in 2-3 Wochen kaufen, bekommen wir es um den Preis. 2-3 Wochen später, hätten wir es gekauft, beim Betreten des Geschäfts,wurde man ignoriert sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und auf einmal kostet das Moped um 500 Euro mehr!!! Natürlich hat keiner mehr was von der mündlichen Vereinbarung gewusst und über den Preis hat man auch nicht verhandeln können. Ich würde in diesem Geschäft nichts kaufen! We were there at the beginning of August 2021, very friendly, moped would have cost 3100 euros. Wenns so bleibt gerne wieder I can only praise the Gruber team. I came, saw, bought and picked up yesterday. Everything as it should be. If that's the case, we'd love to stay again
J	Jürgen Weiß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 Sterne!!!!!! Keine Weiterempfehlung!!!!!Schlechte und unerfahrene Beratung! Wir hatten seid 4 Tagen ein neues Moped reserviert. Als wir es abholen wollten bemerkte ich das die Kette nicht ordentlich gespannt ist. Nach langem reden durfte ich endlich eine Probefahrt am Parkplatz machen und leider bemerkte ich auch hier das der Auspuff undicht ist und Öl austrat. Es waren in Wirklichkeit keine großen Mängel und ich hätte das Moped noch immer gekauft, doch als man dann das Moped im kalten Zustand im Lehrlauf mit 1 km am Tacho einige Zeit auf Vollgas laufen ließ brach ich den Kauf sofort ab. Schade wir hatten eine lange unnötige Anreise und ein zu großes Vertrauen an die Verkäufer. 0 stars!!!!! No recommendation!!!!!Poor and inexperienced advice! We had reserved a new moped for 4 days. When we went to pick it up I noticed that the chain wasn't properly tensioned. After a long talk I was finally allowed to take a test drive in the parking lot and unfortunately I also noticed that the exhaust was leaking and oil was leaking out. In reality there were no major defects and I would still have bought the moped, but when the moped was then run at full throttle for a while when it was cold in the idle run with 1 km on the speedometer, I immediately canceled the purchase. Too bad we had a long unnecessary journey and too much trust in the seller.

Am nächsten Tag hab ich angerufen und hatte auch wirklich Kaufinteresse, am Telefon hat man mir gesagt „Die haben wir nicht mehr lagernd, kannst sie gerne anschauen kommen, Tschüss“ und hat einfach aufgelegt…
